Jeff B and Matt S. recently installed our new furnace and A/​C unit. They did an excellent job and were very consciences in doing so. They were professional, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had with upmost confidence. I was amazed at their efficiency as they got the job done ahead of schedule. With a afternoon forecast of 90 degrees I was grateful. They both appeared to really enjoy their job which makes them a great team. They represent Columbus Worthington Air company very well and were and intricate part of making our experience a great one.

Rob E was knowledgible (both mechanically as well as cost alternatives) and professional. He clearly and objectively presented the various repair options and costs regarding our malfunctioning air conditioner. The decision was mine without any pressure from Rob to either skimp to save money or «buy big» to increase cost of repairs. Oh yeah, he fixed the problem with the air conditioner! Nice job Rob.

Took advantage of a spring tune up offer. Cleaned & tuned the furnace and A/​C and found that I have a slow leak in the system. The service representative was very personable, knowledgeable about what he was doing, and real world realistic with expectations of the estimated life of our system and advantages that upgrades may offer.

Some time ago, after hearing from another HVAC that I urgently needed a new furnace/​ac, I contacted this company for an estimate. The sales rep did a very thorough review of my existing system and honestly indicated that things weren’t quite so dangerous. Fast forward to spring 2016, I contacted Columbus/​Worthington Air to do my maintenance visits. I am so impressed! Kurt M was thorough, professional, and kind. His careful examination of my equipment was the best I have ever experienced. He pointed out some problems with the current system and told me what they would cost to repair. I declined the repair at this time, thinking that I likely will replace the system in the not distant future. Thanks largely to Kurt M and the honest sales rep, Columbus Worthington Air will be at the top of my list to install new equipment.

Rob E. came out to do a preseason inspection of my AC unit. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and down to business. No concerns or complaints.

I had Dustin as my service professional today and he was fantastic. He did a great job!

As a single woman I am wary of technicians. I have been told things like, «you wouldn’t understand» or «this is really technical and complicated» and other remarks which insult my intelligence. I LIKE to learn. I WANT to know. I’m anything but stupid. Antonio K was so patient and clear with all explanations. He explained everything he was doing for the service call and answered every question I had to MY satisfaction. Antonio was incredibly thorough and worked hard to service my furnace, heat pump and AC unit. He was knowledgable and kind, arrived right on time, cleaned up after himself and was very courteous. It was a great appointment and I felt respected as a customer. I will definitely keep doing business with Columbus Worthington Air. They keep all the records from purchase and installation, to service and maintenance calls. They honored the warranty from the previous homeowner, as my unit was still under the warranty timeframe. Cant say enough. Go with Columbus Worthington Air.

Rob E. came out on a frosty winter night to fix our furnace in a rapidly cooling house. Before he stopped out, he walked me through some quick fix attempts to see if the service call was unnecessary! To no avail, our furnace needed work.
Quick, courteous, and clean. Our house is now toasty warm and the kids have stopped whining about having to wear sweatshirts.
Fantastic service. I plan to schedule them regularly for maintenance service, too. They’ve earned my trust and gratitude. Can’t ask for more than that.

The guys at Columbus Worthington Air are amazing! I have a 100+ year old home that is usually extremely cold and uncomfortable, and after several estimates and meetings with other companies who promised to help fix the issue unsuccessfully, I started to give up. My neighbors recommended them, and Brian came out and immediately realized what we needed, squeezed us in their schedule and now my house is WARM! :)

Although I have not had to use CWA I referred a client there for second opinion. She had been told by another heating and cooling contractor in columbus (another large outfit) that there was a crack in condenser. She mentioned this to CWA sales rep who brought a tech out, pulled it apart, and it showed that there was no crack or replacement needed. Kudos for checking rather than skipping over inspection in order to obtain another sale.

Called around 6:00pm on May 7 for a repair. I was called by Ryan, the technician and told I was behind five other service contract customers. I called back at 9:00pm to check on status. I was told I was behind three other customers, and that I would get repair service at any point in the middle of the night.
I never got a call back for the rest of the evening. I understand that «service contracts» get priority, but it’s common courtesy to let someone know that you will be late. I called May 8 at 7:00am asking why I didn’t get a call, and I was treated like I never even created the request. I was told that May 11 was the first day that would be available. I got a «Sorry» from the technician. I got a «Good luck finding another AC company before May 11» from the manager.
The worst thing about this is that I told three other AC companies that I wouldn’t need their services, since Columbus Worthington Air was going to be the first one available. Now I’m back at square one calling around, and repair schedules have filled up even more around town.

Columbus Worthington Air has been great. Our furnace went out on Sunday, by Tuesday we had a full replacement up and going.
Kurt H. came out right on time and walked us through all of our options for a new unit. He answered all of questions and was veyr personable without being pushy about anything. He helped us figure out finance and made the process was simple.
Steve, the technician that came out on Sunday, was also very polite and helpful.
From start to finish CWA has made an unpleasant task as easy as possible.

I called these guys because I had a coupon, but even with a coupon they were going to be almost $ 100 more than the business I chose which was Starners. I should have looked these guys up on Unilocal before I called… if you notice they have 27 reviews filtered out… can we say «review your own business» reviews? You know, the kind where people only review one business good and sometimes their competitors bad? Too bad Google and the other services that they’ve duplicated those reviews too don’t filter them out like Unilocal.Thanks for watching out for us Unilocal!
Anyway, I called their number and they must just have so much business that they have receptionists or a call center taking down your info which I really didn’t like. Tell me what I want to know and let me decide if I want to use your business or not. I really didn’t like giving them my name, address, and number just to get a quote.
About an hour later someone called me back, I explained what I wanted. All I needed was a recharge on an older AC using R-​22, a couple of pounds at most. I didn’t want anything else. The salesperson tried to tell me I needed some expensive leak test. I assured him it was a slow leak over 7 years and was still working and that I didn’t want to pour money into a property I was selling. He kept trying to sell me which was annoying and then he couldn’t even give me a price. So once again I had to wait on a call.
The second time he called me back he again tried to sell me once again on a leak test. I told him if it all leaked out it would be my fault and I would just call him out again to fix it again and pay him again. After getting stern with him he then tried to sell me on a service plan to come out and do a tune up twice a year. Give me a break, I just wanted the pricing on a couple of pounds of R22. After all that they finally gave me a price and were about $ 100 more than other businesses I called.
Part of my reason for choosing Starners was they understood what I wanted. Didn’t try to upsell me on anything, and gave me the info I wanted the first time I called. No callbacks, no phone tag, no fake reviews.
