Columbus Lace Dry Cleaning

I would rate them nothing if I could. Was in the process of selling a dress when I noticed it had some stains on the front. Took it here because they cleaned a previous dress of mine just fine. Went first thing Monday and talked to one of the owners. My dress is from Japan and is expensive and delicate. We went over the tag and what need to be done. Was told I’d have it by Thursday. Went Thursday and my dress wasn’t done. Was told I’d get a call at 8am the next day. I ended up having to call them some time after 8. I was happy to hear my dress was stainless and ready. I pick it up after work and to my dismay it is utterly ruined. The dress which was a pale blue is muted and washed out. The design on the bottom looks like blotches of white. I brought this to the owners attention and he only said «oh I thought it looked light. There was no tag. I can refund you.» Because of their heinous mistake they cost me a $ 300 sale. Where I see the dress in a tight-​knit community, canceling this order will look shady on my end. I wouldn’t trust them with my socks much less anything else ever again.
