It’s not a happy occasion when you have to take your car to a body shop, but CBW sure makes it as painless as possible. They give you a detailed estimate, work seamlessly with your insurance company, and do an outstanding job on your car. Our car was hit by a woman who lost control of her car on JR Allen, crossed the median and hit my wife’s Honda Odyssey (we are so thankful that nobody was injured!). The woman’s insurance company accepted liability and CBW worked directly with their adjuster. CBW was so easy to work with — allowing us to take the car a few days before the check arrived from the insurance company. The repairs also seem top notch — we got the car back looking pristine and everything works perfectly.

Unfortunately had to take my classic Benz in for some body work, but these guys made the whole experience bearable. John is an outstanding guy and so easy to work with. They did a top notch job and even fixed some small things not covered by insurance for free. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
