By far my worst experience with a florist. The customer service was impolite and they delivered the wrong flowers a day late. The flowers honestly did not look as high a quality as what was paid for them. I’ve heard from a few friends as well that they have received incorrect deliveries from Claudia’s too.

Worst service I have ever received from a florist. We had flowers delivered to us for my father-in-law’s memorial service that looked like something you would pick up at the grocery store check out and they also had no card attached. I also ordered an arrangement for the family that was not delivered. The wonderful DRIVER went back to the shop and made the arrangement himself. The memorial service was in progress when they were delivered. I went to the shop on Monday to find no owner present and a shop with four employees who didn’t offer one apology, including the employee who took the order from me in the first place. Need I say more?
