Food was alright. Had to have the burrito rewrapped. The staff are just playing around in the back and there’s one guy in particular working the grill who was literally yelling so I couldn’t hear the lady trying to take my order. Bad service, below average food. Will not be back.

Terrible experience. Mediocre food. The place was excessively loud and noisy with either radio turned up too high or workers screaming in the kitchen, which is stupidly not divided from the front counter. The workers were slow and couldn’t seem to comprehend simple requests. The guacamole was unfinished and had a whole avocado without mixing the Roma tomatoes or onion correctly. The food was messily put together. And the seating was not much better than a subway bench. Don’t waste your money here.

Literally, some of the worst service ive ever encountered. And its not just once. Ive been there a total of about 6 or 7 times and each time is just as bad. Not only is the line always out of the door, but the employees are too busy talking amongst themselves that they have to ask you what you want on your bowl one thing at a time. They are lucky i love chipotle.

Terrible service here! Ordered online to pick up lunch on Monday at 1pm… Got there at 1:01, and half the order was ready. I was told, it’ll just be a sec… Ok. I’ve got a sec. At 1:09(I looked at my watch) I asked how much longer. The line had already gone through completely once. I was told again, just a sec… How long is a sec in chipotle land? 1:13(I really like my watch) and someone comes out and says«did you have the tacos? I’ll make them now… Just a sec!» Another sec? Really? She made the tacos, tossed them in the bag and I was out the door at 1:23… Got back to my office to a cold burrito for me, and tacos missing part of their order for my co-worker. I watched the line complete three times while we were there. Not once did anyone apologize for the wait. This location is the worst!

This location is consistently the worst staffed and slowest chipotle in the Columbus area. Every time I come here, there is only 2 or 3 people working and it takes forever for the line to move. If Moe’s moved into this area Chipotle would suffer. Please staff your location better. I don’t know how the food was today because myself and several others left the line.

WORSTCHIPOTLEEVER! I have read many reviews on here saying they would drive out of there way to go to another one. And so would I. I work in the area so it’s one of the few options since georgesville food places have horrible service. A week ago we went in after ordering online to pick up our food, the entire order was wrong. I asked for extra of sour cream cheese and lettuce. Got like 2 pieces of lettuce. A drop of sour cream and crumbs of cheese. The next order was the same, my cousin asked for no lettuce and she received more lettuce than I did. The last order we had didn’t have any hot sauce when we requested it on the burrito and side. So I call explain everything and they give me my order redone the next day. And yet still NOT correct the next day. This week we went again because again I only have a short lunch so it’s quick. We go in, not a long line. I order a chicken burrito(which the chicken did take really good this time) but I get down to the topping and ask for extra cheese and the woman barely puts any on. I repeated myself and she adds a pinch. I then again repeat my self and have to stare her down. She then huffs and went to wrap my burrito WITHOUTPUTTING the cheese in. The boy next to her had to add a nice helping and have her rewrap. My anger really had just begun on that one. I proceed to sit down to eat and I open my burrito and from where the woman wrapped my burrito she had split the tortilla in half and I had to eat my burrito with a fork because it was spilling out everywhere. I WILLNOTGOBACKHERE!!! AWFUL!!!

I went in yesterday for a burrito, and now I regret that I didn’t ask for a refund as I watched what they did to my food. The assembly line went along with no complaint, I made it to the cash register fairly quickly and paid for my meal. But the girl wrapping my burrito was not finished with my burrito, I had to wait a few minutes watching the other workers wrap and re-wrap my burrito like they were training the girl. The girl couldn’t wrap my burrito, and ended up tearing the tortilla, they asked me if I wanted a new tortilla, I said yes. They then proceeded to dump the contents of my burrito into another tortilla. Then another worker showed the girl how to wrap the burrito. After she wrapped it, I thought I was finally going to get my order and take it home! But no! The worker purposely unwrapped the burrito again and told the girl to try wrapping it. I was really frustrated by then, and very hungry, I was surprised that the burrito hadn’t made it to the floor at this point. The girl proceeded to try to wrap my burrito, this time without breaking the tortilla. My burrito ended up being a mushed up mess, all the contents were so mashed up that it wasn’t even appetizing at that point. Why would the workers use my burrito to practice on? Why not train your employees how to wrap them in the back with a practice burrito, not right in front of a customer?

Unfortunately this is the slowest Chipotle I have ver visited. They are super slow every time I go. Their portion size is also almost always inconsistent. I mean it’s chipotle so the flavor and the quality is the same and is good. But they do have areas for improvement.

Chipotle restaurants are fairly standard. However, this location has been inconsistent in speed and quality of service. Typically during peak hours the line is out the door so expect a wait for your burrito. Overall chipotle is still a great value for the limited funds people have to spend. I highly recommend it but if I have the time I drive over to the one on the other side of Grove City. One advantage this location has over the other in town store, ample parking. Typical wait at 6:30 on a Monday evening. I’ve written this review while in line and am only about half way there. But the wait for these burritos is worth it. I’ll take black beans please.

This location is beyond ridiculous! I’ve been to just about every chipotle in the Columbus area. This is by far the worst! It’s right around the corner from my house but I’ve stopped going there, I’d rather drive 10 minutes and go to the one in Grove City. I go several times a week and it is consistently terrible. Every. Single. Time. The employees are beyond rude, they act like they have no idea what’s going on(hello, how hard is it to follow directions? It’s food service), they act like taking your order is a bother, and half of them don’t even speak English! They speak in Spanish half the time while they’re making your bowl and not paying attention to your order. Twice I’ve had to have my bowl remade because they’ve been too busy speaking another language to each other and mistakenly put guac in the my bowl instead of mild salsa.(Because those two things are clearly easily confused… they sound just alike, ya know!) and MYGOD are they stingy on everything they put on your bowl. I asked for extra cheese, they put a small dollop, I had to have a stare down with the lady making my burrito one day after going back and forth several times after saying«more please». Finally I snapped and said«how about you keep putting cheese on there until I say stop?!?» I get you work in food service, but it’s no excuse to be a royal B****. For the love of all things holy, if you can avoid this place like the plague, DOIT! It’s not worth your misery.

This is my fast food place when I want something fresh tasting and gives me the feeling I’m kind of being healthy. Today there was no wait and I got three chicken pinto tomato corn lettuce and cheese tacos on a flour tortillas to go. I also got chips and tomato salsa and a regular iced tea. Everything was made exactly as I ordered and quickly too. No fuss no muss just how I like it on a Monday late lunch!!!

I am 100% sick of ordering online then coming in and having to wait 15 minutes for them to make my food. I went in tonight and nothing was made. After waiting 10 minutes the boy working at the register jumped off and made my food. This happened while I watched the young female manager walk around and laugh about how busy they were. Probably never returning to this Chipotle after that experience. It was the last straw.

Every time I go to this location I’m pleased! Always super busy no matter what time I go there. The staff is always so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I also like that I can go here with my vegan friends(any chipotle)!! How amazing!

I visit this location fairly often and typically have no complaints(other than long lines). However, while I was there today they were out of many of options. They were out of fajitas, and carnitas and I had to wait for them to get more lettuce for my salad. Since they did not have two of the main ingredients that I needed I had to choose an option that I typically would not get. I came in at 3pm, so I wasn’t like I came in during their busy lunch rush. While I understand that things like this happen, I do think that it would have been nice for them to offer a discount on my price as I had to order something I didn’t love. The women’s restroom was a mess! There was no toilet paper, the toilet was dirty and the bathroom itself smelled. Had I come during a busy time I would have been much more understanding. But there were very few other customers there, so there was no reason for all these issues.

This isn’t an easy review, there are times I’d give them four stars, times I’d barely give them two… The service is just hit and miss… Often times it’s good, even though this location seems to lack on the friendly factor. But when its not good it’s lousy. This review is mostly biased by the last time I was in here, just this past week. I came in to get a couple of burrito bowls, and they were out of the pepper/onion mix that I prefer over the beans. I was told it’d be a minute or two, so I let them take the people in line behind me, then the ones behind them, and so on. I waited for nearly fifteen minutes for peppers and onions to be cooked off all told. Fifteen minutes! At two in the afternoon, how they let themselves get run completely out of them and caused that much of a wait I have no idea. By the end of that I wasn’t the only one standing off ot the side waiting, there was a small secondary line of us… Well, at least the girl making my food was very apologetic about it, and I’m pretty sure she upped the amount of stuff in my bowl, which was nice of her. The last gal in line asked me if I’d like a free soda for my wait, and I wasn’t going to get one, I was going home where I had plenty to drink, but I thought sure, why not? It’s free after all. She called down to the cashier to give me a free drink, the cashier acknowledged her, and then rang up my order. I paid, headed out, got home, looked at my receipt and there at the bottom of it $ 1.90 for my free drink. So thanks cashier, for charging me for my free drink. I know you heard her, you responded back to her. I don’t know if you forgot in the 30 seconds it took to ring up my bowls, or if you just didn’t care. But I wasn’t too happy about the extra charge on top of the ridiculous wait. From now on I’ll just drive out of my way to hit a location that takes better care of me. Lesson of the day, expect crazy wait times, and don’t accept«freebies» cause they probably won’t be free.

I visited this location frequently after moving in the area last year and I don’t know what is going on with the staff but they are entirely new every time I visit. I’m guessing because most of the time the people on the line are obviously new, the end result is wildly inconsistent. Other than that, they do a decent job of moving the line and as long as you are specific, it’s average Chipotle food.

I love Chipotle, but this is the most inconsistent location I’ve been to. I go here quite often for lunch and my burrito is always a different size… Most of the time it’s unfortunately on the smaller side too.

Meats without synthetic hormones… and usage of organic and local source foods when practical… these words from their logos. Now my calling card is that you can switch the rice for the whole grain rice… just make the request. It taste just as good to me as the regular rice: the cilantro always steals the show.

This particular location is terrible. I ordered a bowl for my wife and the bowl was only about half full, this is after I asked to have them not skimp on the meat, there was only about ¼th of a cup of barbacoa before I asked them to provide me with a full serving. Also I had asked for extra fajita extra cheese and extra sour cream. And still it only took up half the bowl. My burrito was just as bad, I feel cheated on the meat. I have been visiting chipotle for several times a month for over 13 years. The person behind me had ordered ordered chicken and there could not have been more than 7 chunks of meat on the burrito. At this same location on our last visit my wife experienced this: all the employees were running and jumping around and listening to overly loud hip hop music. and over all just not being professional. This location consistently under performs and I will not be returning to this location again. I will drive the extra 12 minutes one way to get to the high street location on the now few times I will be eating chipotle which I love… I have been a faithful customer for many many years and have at times had chipotle for lunch and dinner in the same day(not leftovers, went twice). I always give chipotlr rave reviews and my friend hate how much I love chipotle, but if were to send someone to this location I don’t think they would ever try chipotle again. Chipotle rocks, this location is beyond terrible with shorting customers food.
