The place isn’t that bad but there is room for improvement. Anytime I walk in to this place it had a weird smell, not like anything rotten or old but maybe dirty water or some kid peed in the corner somewhere. The girl at the register seems like she has life issues or hates her job, she doesn’t say much or even smile but she did wipe off the mess on the counter. The yogurt always tastes good and there is a wide assortment of toppings. I wish there was a scale that allowed you to wait your frozen yogurt before you got up to the checkout. At 50 cents an ounce it gets pretty expensive if you add heavy toppings.

I love Chill. They have the best yogurt in town in my opinion but this location was very unpleasant when we went. The lady working had a friend sitting in the floor behind the counter and they were texting or something but the girl working wasn’t paying any attention to customers. The music was uncomfortably loud to the point that we left without purchasing anything. I will continue to take my kids to Chill but not this location.

When I was visiting my Lt. in Columbus, I was always happy to have this frozen yogurt place nearby. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting Columbus to be such a «booming» town, and was surprised with the convenience of having so many businesses on one main road. Sometimes(frequently), that familiar craving for sweets kicks in. And usually, I can’t afford to load up on carb-tastic items such as cake and ice cream. Frozen yogurt is a delicious, lighter alternative. The great thing about Chill is, first, its location, so you can stop by while you’re doing shopping, errands, etc. The second great thing is it’s a self-serve, so you can mix up flavors, put as much toppings as you want, and generally be creative. They price according to weight so you can(somewhat) control how much you’re paying for your froyo. My favorite flavors are Chill Tart, a dupe for Pinkberry’s Original that goes great with mochi and fruit, and Red Velvet Cheesecake, a «twist» flavor mix of Red Velvet and NY Cheesecake that goes well with graham cracker crumbs, yogurt chips, and cheesecake bits.
