When you see the name of the restaurant, one would assume it serves steak and seafood, right? Not on Sundays. I am not a soul-food lover. Turnip greens and cornbread aren’t my idea of a nice meal(I know, doesn’t seem southern, does it?). Yet on the day that I visited Cattlemans Steak & Seafood, I didn’t even have any choices. The fried chicken was delicious. But that is all I can account for. There was nothing else on the menu that I liked. It was a homey atmosphere, and you could tell that everyone there knew everyone(Columbus isn’t that big of a place) and people even looked at us funny. Thankfully we had our 13 month old son with us who is absolutely adorable and some of the older ladies of the establishment came over and played with him for a while. Good people, good homey atmosphere, and I’m sure(if you like that kind of thing) good food. Just don’t ask to order from the menu on a Sunday.
