The pizza is awesome. I’m a native New Yorker and I always wondered why the pizza here taste so close to the pizza that I ate as a kid. On one of my visits to pick up a phone order, I spoke with owner (Carlos of course) and we talked about where he came from and he revealed to me that he and his family originated in Italy and all migrated to New York City. That explains my suspicion of the familiar taste and experience. Kudos to Carlos Pizza. Truly a hidden gem inside the Fair Oaks Mall. The place that will always remind me by the taste of HOME. I really hope everyone enjoys as much as my family and I do. Ttfn.
