C. M. Griggs Accounting has grown from a home based business to a community business that has been in the same location for 28 years. Clients know that they will receive the best possible service for fees much lower than our competitors.

Carolyn G.

Business Owner

Carolyn was inspired by her accounting teacher in high school, Mrs. Barbara Hack, to become an accountant. Mrs. Hack was instrumental in Carolyn securing an accounting job with the Model City program in the early 70’s and Carolyn went on to complete her education and began operating the business from her home until 1995 when the doors at 1103 Mt. Vernon Ave. opened. The business was operated by Carolyn and her husband Andrew until his untimely death in 2011.
