Good friendly service that was followed by a comprehensive explanation of services. Not to mention an excellent warranty and pretty good pricing.

I have to say, I was worried when I «found» a huge underground nest of yellow jackets right next to my front door. Walking past, they would swarm, and I feared that a delivery person or other visitor would be stung on my doorstep, and that’s just not cool.
It was also a Sunday, and to add insult to injury, a Labor Day weekend as well, so I really didn’t expect anyone to call me back, let alone answer on the first ring.
A courteous guy named Manson answered the phone almost immediately, asked a few questions about the type of infestation, and quoted me a price over the phone. He left for my house almost immediately and performed the required service before I had even completed my birthday brunch out.
When the service was complete, he dropped off a full itemized receipt listing the services performed and prices charged, and sent a follow-​up text to my phone letting me know that the area was now safe. He also offered a six-​month guarantee on the service, which includes additional service for the same issue at half-​off during that period; not bad!
I’m going to say that this was four-​and-​a-​half star experience, because although the service was a bit pricey compared to similar service providers I had read about in articles, he gladly showed up very quickly on a holiday weekend and took care of a potentially dangerous situation right away.
This guy is now on my top-​ten list of home-​related service providers in my area — awesome!
