I have enjoyed leasing several vehicles over the last ten years — all have been Lincolns. The staff at Bob Boyd has ensured a seamless transition from each lease to the next. I recently leased a 2015 Lincoln MKX and was very pleased with the sales team. They helped identify the best vehicle for my needs and made certain the payments met the parameters of my budget. I’ve never felt compelled to take the time to write a review about an auto maintenance experience ever… until now. The service at Bob Boyd Lincoln is amazing. My vehicle was returned washed every time, and oil changes come with 3 months of road side assistance and road hazard coverage that is renewed with each oil change!
The waiting lounge is very inviting with clean, leather seats, a large flat screen TV, and an array of magazines and newspapers. They even provided coffee and donuts from Tim Hortons for those who were waiting!
What I really appreciate are the three workstations in the waiting area. As a consultant, having the option to bring in my laptop and work from a desk while my car is being looked at is a much appreciated advantage to bringing my vehicle to this location for service. I definitely consider myself a customer for life for my auto service needs, and I’ll likely give Bob Boyd a try for my next Lincoln purchase as well!

Think I’m a customer for life. Rick asked questions I never thought of to pinpoint my problem. I got a loaner with no hassle. Car ready on time below the approved estimate. It was returned washed.
