I order flowers all the time and this is by FAR the best florist I have ever used. The personalized customer service is top notch and the product and quality is stunning! They send you a photo of the design and can let you know when they’re delivered. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Call them directly and don’t use a third party florist to book through … They have the best customer service you can get. AND it’s so refreshing to support local business. I will be ordering from them again … Best in Columbus!

I love their product and their history. They have served the city of Columbus with pride and I love how welcome I feel each time I’m there. I’ve had flowers sent from ordering online and they were loved by the recipient. I will continue to do business with this company.

Yesterday I received my first floral arrangement from this business. When they first attempted delivery, I was not home. They worked with me and made arrangements to bring them by at a more convenient time. The flowers are gorgeous and were arranged with care. The staff is very professional and accommodating. I am keeping their information for my future floral needs!

Father’s Day is extra special, right? I don’t live in the state anymore and was unable to see my dad this year, so I opted to order him a nice floral arrangement nestled in a manly looking weber-​grill. Pretty cool considering my dad is a gardener and LOVES grilling. Father’s Day rolls around… No delivery. I called the florist to see what was up and «Shawn» answered claiming they were actually not taking online deliveries that weekend and the business was closed for a few days. No big deal, minor internet glitch, Shawn said I would be refunded for the inconvenience. A week goes by, no refund, and I actually called the florist today and was received by the most abysmal of humans possible. She was the most rude and uncouth ever, and hung up on me after she yelled at me and I asked her if she thought her behavior was professional. (Clearly it was not) when I called I was irritated that the situation was not resolved and that I had to go out of my way to remind them that HI HELLO YOU CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A SERVICE AND THE SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED. I called back one more time after she hung up on me, and unsurprisingly she answered a new load of sass before hanging up on me again. This one star is in lieu of the fact that you cannot give less on Unilocal.This place is clearly not professional, they give zero shits about dealing with customers, especially unhappy ones. Thank you for proving yourselves incompetent, maybe it’s time to close up shop, and give up.

I was contacted by the Florist on June 3^rd, two months after the incident with the message below. It is possible Teleflora was at guilty culprit but they did not take any responsibility on the day I called that the flowers never arrived. The only fault for the florist is this is the case is that they did not let me know earlier.
«Good afternoon. I would like to begin by apologizing for your overall experience. There is no excuse for the way that you were treated. I would like to let you know that my flower shop did everything in our capabilities to rectify this situation. We reached out to Teleflora to explain that we actually forwarded the order back to them to send to another flower shop to have it filled, because we did not have the product to fill the order. Teleflora agreed that we did send this back to them to find another florist. Teleflora was unable to find another florist to fill your order. We were contacted late Sunday afternoon to see if we could make a delivery. Unfortunately, we closed early that day causing us not to be able to make any additional deliveries. We offered an option to make the delivery on Monday when we were back in the office understanding the importance of the delivery.
I truly understand your frustration, but I can honestly say that Battiste LaFleur Galleria did all that we could to ensure that your recipient received their gift on time. Teleflora was actually the responsible party after we sent the order back to them stating that we did not have the product to fill the order. We were actually brought back into the loop when Teleflora could not find another florist to fill the order when they called us late Sunday afternoon. I am requesting that you take this into consideration, and assist Battiste LaFleur Galleria by removing this review.
We are very passionate in providing excellent customer service, and quality products to all of our customers. This is a very serious issue that needed to be addressed, and we sure have addressed it with Teleflora. We have taken every step possible to assure that this issue never arises again. Our customers expect a degree of excellence from us, and we give them that on every level. I can assure you that your experience is in no way a reflection of how we service our customers here at Battiste LaFleur Galleria. I’ve been a silent observer on Unilocal for several years now, struggling to decide on where to start my first review. Then, it hit me like a Mack Truck! We have this awesome floral shop right in our burgeoning neighborhood. What a gem to have in the King-​Lincoln!
I have been the recipient of several stunning arrangements now (lucky me, right?) as well as a customer gobbling up their gladiolas every chance I get. The arrangements are fresh and beautiful and seem to outlast flowers from any other source. The service has always been courteous and they have gone out of their way to make us happy. It also just feels good to support a local family-​owned business.
YAY! My first review! And it’s five big stars for Battiste LaFleur Galleria!
