Attention IHRSA members: Don’t even bother trying this place. The staff had no idea what IHRSA is. They don’t recognize the logo that’s plastered to their front door. Management will not entertain even looking at the IHRSA website with you. Here’s how our conversation went down: (I wish I could make this up.)
Me: «Hi. I’m an IHRSA member. Here’s my ID and passport. I’d like to work out.»
Front Desk: «I dunno know what that is.»
M: «It’s the group of clubs you’re a part of that lets non-​local members work out for half off your guest rate.»
FD: «We don’t have any other clubs.»
M: «I know. I’m a member elsewhere. I’m visiting for the week.»
FD: «Ok. Our non-​member rate is $ 15 per visit.»
M: IHRSA members get 50% off. But the site says $ 6/​visit.“
FD: «I don’t know what that is.»
M: «It’s on your front door. How can you miss it?»
FD: «Huh?»
M: «Oh lord. Is there a manager?»
Boss: «I don’t know what you’re talking about, sir and I’m the manager.»
M: «This wasn’t a problem with the last manage. Do you not recognize this logo?»
B: «No idea what that is.»
— Boss disappears —
FD: «It’s $ 15 sir.»
M: «Nope.»
— Boss returns —
B: «I just talked to my district manager. He doesn’t know what you’re talking about either. I can give you the accompanied guest rate of $ 12.»
M: «Everyone here is beyond clueless. Give me my ID back. I’m going elsewhere.»
I’ve already written IHRSA and advised them of the non-​compliance. I’m hoping this review saves everyone time. If you’re going to get screwed into paying full price for admission, there’s a brand new LA Fitness just down the street.

I’m not a gym rat, so I wanted a place I felt comfortable. AussieFit fit the bill.
I highly recommend the Group Fit and Small Group. Every trainer I’ve worked with has been incredible and really care about my fitness. They’ll push you, but won’t make you feel like bad if you struggle.

Management is never on site. Rules such as rerack your weights, wipe off equipment are never enforced. Clientele is getting worse and worse. Inconsiderate and rude for the most part. Employees couldn’t appear to care less about this place if they tried.

Hands down my favorite gym in Columbus. It’s affordable ($ 20 a month), you aren’t tied to a contract and there are plenty of machines to go around. I used to be a member back in 2012 but stopped going after stress at home but im getting my butt back in there soon. I love Aussie!

My husband and I were in town for the holidays. Todd the manager took care of us so that we could get our work out on the week of Christmas. I loved the gym plenty of machines and free weights. I went on different days and different times and never had an issue getting equipment to use. The staff and even other guests were polite and courteous. (I literally saw every guest cleaning the machines after themselves.) I loved that the treadmills had easy to use hand controls. If we lived in Reynoldsburg this would be our gym. Thanks Aussie Fit!

Attended a body pump class. Lots of people in the class. Equipment was clean as was the gym. Nice place for our of towners. They are an iHRSA associated gym so check to see if yours is.

I have worked out at this gym for at least the last 5 years, and I must say that it’s never been more clean! There used to be inches of dust between the cardio equipment and trash over flowing from the trashcans, that’s NOT the case anymore. I’m not sure what you guys are doing over there, but keep it up! I am impressed and keep telling everyone I know about it.

I am absolutely obsessed with this gym! :) There are PLENTY of treadmills and ellipticals along with multiple other machines, free weights, classes and personal training. One of the absolute best things about this place is the friendly atmosphere. Every single time I step foot into this place you are greeted kindly with a smile. Trainers are always smiling and waving at you and other gym patrons are always kind to each other. Besides anything else, the price is wonderful! I definitely recommend you at least give AussieFIT a try!

I absolutely love this gym! The people are always nice the staff is great. The place is huge and has a lot of equipment that is kept clean and in working order. I love working out here!
