I had to utilize this group of so called«professionals» for a pre-employment personality profile exam. While the individuals are probably highly educated and have a vast amount of knowledge, I use the term«professionals» loosely based upon they way myself and I witnessed other clients being treated. If you need to come here, allow plenty of time prior to your appointment. The building is not marked and if you are not looking for it, you will drive past it. There is a cramped parking lot behind the building, but street parking is available if you are willing to walk a block or two. The building’s entrance is in the rear, so again, if you aren’t prepared you will need to walk around the block to use the alley entrance. Hence, I was about 30 minutes late to my appointment becaue of this fiasco. While waiting for my appointment, a young girl comes down the stairs crying and obviously upset, the counselor was asked by the woman accompanying the girl what he said to her. His reply was«Next time, try not to have her be such a «explicit explicit». Right there rates them down to one star. I don’t care if you are God, unprofessionalism will get you one star no questions asked. The rest of the office staff was short and to the point. Almost as if I was bother to them. Then it was time for the interview. The doctor interviewing even appeared to be more bothered taking a lot of questions and twisting my responses. If you ever have to use this place for pre-employment testing, I would strongly suggest to see if there is an alternative resource as I found out first hand they will not portray an accurate picture of your profile.
