Clean. Fun environment. Staff are knowledgable and hip. Great prices and you can try the flavor before buying. Again, staff will help you if its your first time getting one. Sometimes there’s like donuts or something. (Sorry to send all the hobos to your place lol jk)

This place is hot and cold for me. Half the employees are great and welcoming, half are assholes and are visibly disappointed and shocked if you don’t feel like spending over $ 20. one employee who appears to be a manager is the worst and has twice not mentioned my $ 10 coupon. I knew it was there from my previous purchases and visits and had to mention it and he acted surprised. I’ve had three shitty experiences in a row there over the last three weeks and in addition to the turd who I presume to be a manager, there’s new employees who are unfriendly and make me uncomfortable despite the fact I’ve been going here for 2 years. My boyfriend was in town and wanted to get some liquid here because he likes the ones I get from here, specifically the fruity types. At the bar, I was trying to remind him of the flavors he liked when the male employee spoke over me and kept saying «It’s all you man,» obviously in reference to my suggestions. Even my boyfriend laughed about it afterward, but yeah chill with the pseudo — hipster machismo. My tattoos hurt more than yours. Go to Westside Vapor for a more genuine experience and a non-​sexist one. Also love the employee treating my credit card like a foreign object, suspiciously turning it over and over. Lol thanks I’ve got money, and you exemplified why I don’t spend it here.

I’ve been visiting this shop since Day 2 of business. The management really knows how to hire helpful and energetic people to bring added value to the experience. Business has picked up significantly since they opened and they have never given up on the personal, one-​to-​one mode of customer care they started with. This means waiting a bit longer than desirable, sometimes. I still find the location a pleasure to visit and the staff is pure joy.

These guys are great. Knew nothing when i walked in and they totally walked me through the whole process. Showed me a simple, affordable starter kit and got me going. After they hung out with me for around an hour talking flavours and letting me taste away at the bar, we found one I was in to. Almost two weeks later and I’m down from 2 packs a day to only a couple ciggs a day and dwindling. I’m totally hooked on the vape. Absolutely recommend.

My husband took me here — he’s finally quitting smoking for good and this seems to be a good alternative.
Everyone was really helpful and nice, though I just got a weird vibe from both of the guys that worked there.
But the selection is amazing, they have every flavor (?) that you could ask for. The kid was really helpful in making suggestions for my husband, even giving other alternative because they don’t have that many menthol flavors.
The place was pretty clean, though a bit hazy. They have a little lounge area where you can just chill and a TV and there was music playing.
If you are looking to quit smoking, I would recommend going here and checking out the selection.

The only redeeming quality of this store is the employees. They’re always attentive, friendly and more than happy to help me troubleshoot when I’m having problems with my tank or something.
When I first started going back in March ’13, it was great. Never had any problems with anything.
However, for past 10 times I’ve been into the store, I have left without getting something I needed because they are ALWAYS out. Whether it’s a flavor in a certain strength or size, or it’s batteries or tanks or wicks, they are always completely out of at least one thing. Except today, because they were out of EVERYTHING I needed.
Long story short, I’d cracked my T3D tank, needed a replacement. They were out. So I got the older T3S tank, but they were completely out of wicks for that size. Well crap. At least I can get my liquid! Nope. They were out of that too. So I had to compromise on every little thing I came into the store to buy.
To make matters worse, I had to stand around at the register while some stranger at the flavor bar was trying to chat me up. Which I mean, I’d understand if I was sitting at the flavor bar next to him, but I was clearly trying to pay and be on my way. He even went as far as to insult my flavor choice? Just a weird and uncomfortable experience in general.
So many times I have left that store upset, and seriously considering going back to cigarettes for the pure SIMPLICITY of gas stations. Not exactly how you want to feel when you’re trying to quit smoking.

I’d say my experience by the time we left was average.
My boyfriend and I specifically visited this shop because we wanted to try Five Pawns. Since we weren’t greeted, we assumed the staff was busy with other customers, so we took a seat at the bar and waited to be helped. There’s nothing more infuriating than waiting to be assisted, then literally being skipped by an employee to help another customer who had JUST walked in. At this point, we still didn’t even get a hello.
We finally got someone’s attention, so we could at least start trying juices on our own. A nice girl who had been helping another group before us finally came over and started helping us try brands outside of Five Pawns, giving us a little more info about the juices themselves since we both prefer higher vg. She definitely changed the overall experience.
The only other thing that was disappointing was the lack of variety in nicotine levels in various juices.
All in all, as mentioned in the beginning, it was an average experience.

Place is very tidy and has a nice friendly atmosphere. The staff knows a lot about their products, and give very good suggestions
Only real complaint is they always seem to be out of something that I need, which can be a little aggravating. This has occurred the past 3 times I’ve been in. Since they have such a large selection of liquid, I wish they had some kind of catalog or menu where you could see all if their flavors easily.
Otherwise, great place for your vapor needs!

I read the reviews and took may lady friend today. Lane did a great job of explaining the in and outs of vapor. I would recommend anyone who cares about someone who smokes to stop by and at least see what it is all about.

First, let me start off by saying that I am not a smoker. I was pleasantly surprised when I came here to find a gift for a friend: the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The guy took the time to explain the product to me and negatives and benefits their products. They helped me explore all of my options and most importantly to me, they were not pushy. There was a great affordable starter bundle and a ton a of creative flavors (I got mango champagne and my friend really enjoyed it!). It may be a little more than the ones I was looking at online, but for those of us that aren’t smokers it was nice to have some one explain everything to me in person.

Amazing selection and service! High end liquids to get you out of the ordinary and up your vaping game. Justin was knowledgeable and professional, stop in and check it out!

Started online with totallywicked. Tried a totally bunk vape shop in grove city, then I found AltSmoke. This place is full of awesome vapes, ridiculously friendly, helpful staff and sweet atmosphere. If you vape, look no further.

Created a mod at AltSmoke. All the employees in this establishment are knowledgable and very helpful. My only complaint is they haven’t had a supply of the e-​liquids I wanted lately. But consistently find a way to meet my needs and are very accommodating.

My wife had been trying to quit smoking on and of for the last two years, but nothing really met her needs. Early e-​cigs didn’t give her enough of a throat hit, the patch never satisfied her, and attempts to try various gums or pills didn’t last.
One of her friends got a vaporizer at Altsmoke, and she was immediately interested. The quality of their product was much higher than the e-​cig she’d tried a few years ago, and provided a quality feeling on her throat. After a few puffs, she decided this might be a good solution, so we had to go check them out.
The place is set up for people to come in, try various flavors, talk to the staff, and relax a bit on the couches after they finish to enjoy their purchases. I was really impressed at how the staff walks new customers through the different vaporizers, tanks, and batteries they offer, sampling flavors at their «bar» to figure out what you liked and feels best when used. Once you decide what you want, they even show you how to set up, prime, and reload the wick and tank to get the best life out of your vape. The personal attention each customer gets is really impressive. If you’ve considered buying or trying, I’d absolutely reccomend them.
Even better, the prices are really, really reasonable. I fully expected to spend $ 75 – 100, and she walked out with a starter kit that contained a high capacity battery, charger, wick, tank, and a couple bottles of liquid that she’d picked out for $ 50.
The 10ml bottles generally run $ 6 – 10, new tanks /​wicks are $ 6 – 7, and larger 30ml bottles go for $ 15 – 30.
I’m not a smoker, so I can’t say that this will work for everyone, but she’s been vaping for two weeks now, and hasn’t smoked a cigarette since she started. Pretty dramatic change from a pack a day habit, and even if we need to go back for more liquid in a few weeks, we’re still saving a ton of money.
Oh, and did I mention that if you ‘like’ them on facebook, you’ll get 10% off on all of your purchases?

Adjusting my review to 4 stars because «Yay! I’m a fan,» and after my first 3 star review, the manager Zac responded and let me know he wanted to make it right. I REALLY appreciate great management and great customer service.
Well, we’ve been here a few times and each time was vastly different. The first trip, (a Sunday evening) we loved, we were greeted and treated well. The staff guy was super attentive and helped my husband pick his starter kit and answered all our questions — in and out, easy peasy!
The second time (a Saturday afternoon), the place was a mad house and you could tell the staff were having a long day. This time, we waited over 15 – 20 min and then had a little mishap at the register. My advice, avoid Saturday afternoons. You’ll get the most out of your trip and can relax and enjoy the samples without people climbing over top of you to try them too!
Both my husband and I have quit smoking tobacco since, so we have AltSmoke to thank for that! (2 months now!!) This IS the nicest of the eCigarette shops that we’ve been to. I do wish they had some more flavors. But the flavors they do have are quality.

I come in every couple weeks to buy fluids. Not only is this place clean as hell but the service is great. Busy at times but that is expected. The only thing I don’t like are the hours. They should have a self serve dispenser after hours like a redbox has for movies cause 8 is too early with my work schedule to even come by. I have to go to other places here n there but the fluids are harsh and who knows where they get it from. Awesome place though. Thanks guys for helping me quit cigs for good!

My friend took me here yesterday and I instantly was enjoying myself. We were greeted very warmly and informed about all sorts of e-​cigs. As a first time owner, they gave me the step-​by-​step information for care and application. For any first time user, you want to get as much bang for your buck. They had a great deal for the battery, container, charger, and juice.
Gabi assisted me, and I would recommend her when you go in. I actually had fun sampling the different flavors until I found the one that appealed to me. I was a little sad however to find they didn’t have anymore of my first choice, Champagne. It was all sold out. I definitely intend on going back again, and acquiring it as well as many others.

Super helpful staff, lots of inventory, really friendly and chill. I went because I needed a quick equipment replacement, and I found myself hanging out for an hour and sampling different flavors and batteries. I walked out with an upgrade, but was absolutely not pressured.
Can’t say enough good things about the place.
