Established in 1996.

Preferred Living has been developing and managing rental communities in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding area since 1996. Our properties also include suites in New Albany, Dublin, Upper Arlington, Worthington and Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

However, our company was founded to provide more than just everyday living spaces. We set out to encourage the «Preferred lifestyle» in stylish and relaxing environments. That’s why Preferred Living communities include concierge services, monthly resident events and so many popular amenities, from pool and fitness facilities, to theaters, game rooms, onsite ATMs, full-​service business centers and tanning salons.
