Had amazing service here! Something was wrong with my car and it was pouring down rain. I went in to ask some questions and a young man came out in the rain and tested my car. He wasn’t in a hurry and was very kind!

I bought some auto parts on line through Advance Auto Parts for In-​Store pickup. I went to the store to pick them up. The gentleman that helped me noticed that my order didn’t make sense. I had no idea that I needed rotors and brake pads on the front, brake shoes and drums on the back. I had not bought that at all! His name was Tommy! He was wonderful. He started questioning what the problem was — looked up my car on line and when he couldn’t find the answers he needed this young man went out to the parking lot — laid down on the pavement and slid under the back of my car to see what it really was that I needed.
He then helped me return the wrong parts and purchase the new one. And realizing that he couldn’t give me the same on-​line price he gave me a 7% discount in the store. I am forever grateful that he did this as I was taking the parts to a mechanic the next day and had I handed him the wrong parts it would have delayed the whole process.
So Kudos to Tommy and Advanced Auto Parts! You guys rock!
