I was looking for a UWS toolbox and am a pretty consistent Amazon Prime shopper. Every review on Amazon complained about shipping damage, so I wanted to avoid that. Action Auto Designs has a store at the Fort Benning PX, and I figured they were an expensive store that just targeted military kids with deployment money, but I approached them one night asking if they would price match the Amazon price for a UWS toolbox. The sales guy I met that night gave me his card and said he needed to check the store in Columbus to see what they had in stock.
I called back two days later and spoke to him, and he offered me a SMOKING deal on a similar box to what I was looking for, and said he had no issue installing it on my truck, as I have no power tools available right now. I went out, paid for the box, and he installed it. Turns out this sales rep was also the owner.
The entire transaction was painless, professional, and I got a great deal. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from these guys, or recommend them to anyone.
