Finally an auto repair shop I can trust. I’ll be beief. I’ve been getting cars serviced and repaired for 56 years and this place is without a doubt the best I’ve ever done business with. I took it in once to have my headlights adjusted and they did the job and didn’t charge me a dime. If you’re looking for great service at a fair price, I highly recommend this place. I won’t go anywhere else.

I renewed my AAA membership earlier this year after not having a current one over 10 years. I am so happy to have all the services back! I have used the towing service and it was so easy. I just used the TripTik service and I am so excited for my trip. GPS on my phone is good, but for a long trip it is much better to have a map and planned route so I don’t have to worry about any internet problems while driving.

This is a rating for the actual store, not the service department. Every time I’ve been the store the staff have been friendly, attentive, and willing to give suggestions. I like how I can get free maps and brochures of local attraction with my AAA membership. The storefront is clean and I’m sure I will be back.

Walking in the AAA Polaris, OH Car Care all I could say was WOW! I have never been in any auto repair shop that was extremely clean and comfortable. I felt like I was in a rich person’s place to get my car repaired. When I got my bill though I could say with confidence AAA Car Care is not just for the rich; it is affordable! With my AAA Membership I saved a ton of money. I will definately be back!
Oh, the shuttle service that took me back to work was extremely clean and the driver was professional and personal. What an awesome experience!

Everything would be o’key, if they would put oil stick back after changing engine oil. But they did not, a you can imagine who happened with my car. Oil was everywhere.

These guys are located across from the Hooters in Polaris. I refuse to go to those chain places for oil changes as Ive had too many bad experiences! **cringe**. Now, I’m sure you’re all aware of predatory practices on females at car shops. No worries here! Straight shooters across the board and if there are any issues later on they inform you respectfully! I always try and tip them but they dont take it. If you dont want any hassle and dont mind getting out of your car for an oil change, stop by. They have another location on Bethel if thats closer for you.
