Established in 1987.
Tootsies Children’s Shoes, owned and operated by a mom, has been fitting kids in the midlands for over 24 years. Our second store, in Charlotte, NC, was opened in 2005. Voted BEST KIDS Shoe Stores 2011, in both Charlotte and Columbia. (Columbia has received the award over 10 times and Charlotte 3 times) Tootsies also fits shoes for orthodics.
