Established in 1980.

As a legacy to patient care, Dr. H. Kell Yang has dedicated the last 25 years to caring for patients who need expertise in eye care. Dr. Yang founded his practice and is now working very closely with Dr. McGarity to provide an exceptionally high level of ophthalmologic care in mid-​Missouri.
