This business is now closed.
I used their repair service when my laptop was under warranty. It needed a new keyboard. They took 3 days to fix it. The supposedly new keyboard gave up the ghost shortly after the warranty ended. in retrospect I think they may have installed used parts.
I took another mac in for repair later. The trchnician thought it was still under warranty. She saw a scratch on the case and said «This computer has been abused and that voids the warranty.» «It will probably cost a bunch of money to fix.» «You’d be better off buying one of our new ones.»
I did take the ladies advice except for one detail. I did not buy my new computer from them.
