Please be aware of rude service in this location. Recently I returned a pair of new sunglass. The return receipt only showed the refund of purchase price without refund of sale tax. When I inquired about this the cashier(Tristian) told me that the sale tax will be refunded to the CC and this is how they normally do refund. This is an apparent lie. Obviously there was no sale tax refund when I got CC statement. I called the store and asked about this. This time I was told it was a computer glitch but I have to physically go to store to get the refund of sale tax. When I told them that I don’t have 40 minutes to waste and demand refund to the CC they told me they will send me a check in 3 – 5 days. Nothing showed up after 2 weeks. When I called second time to the store and happened to talk to Tristian again. He told me that they can’t send the check and I have to go to the store if I want refund. When I pointed out the inconsistency of what he told me he became so angry and told me «do what I said» and hung up on me. I have never seen such rude customer service anywhere particularly when the business is the cause of the trouble and owe money to the customer. One would expect at least average customer service when they sale expensive overpriced stuffs.
