Terrible and Rude from the receptionist to the fat guy who just stood there the entire time. Incredibly over priced! For the job they did, just buy your own steam cleaner.
We needed our carpets cleaned because we were moving out of our small apartment. When I made the appointment I informed them that the movers were going to be loading up the moving truck and we had to be the last appointment of the day.
Got a phone call confirmation, confirmed that we were to be last appointment of the day.
Day of service, got a call asking if they could come early. I said no. Of course not! We still had guys coming in and out moving our furniture and boxes of stuff into the truck. She was rude, short, then essentially hung up on me.
Two guys came. One was short, fat, sweaty, and disgusting. The other guy kinda got to work. The short fat guy sat there and proceeded to share all of his political opinions, how he makes $ 25 an hour, and he is getting his Associates degree to become a Medical Doctor. Oh yeah, and he had swine flu the day before and came into our home contagious. I am 36 weeks pregnant, and he just exposed me and my son to a potentially dangerous illness.
The job cost $ 154. They did not get any of the stains off the carpet. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or money.
