Coming to Columbia in 1964, Tommy had been in real estate with Russell & Jeffcoat for 12 years before the incarnation of Stallings & Smith. A Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award, and a Home Builders Association Regal Awards Multi-​Million Dollar Producer, Tommy has the hardware of an experienced and successful real estate professional. Confidence in his abilities brought developers and builders to make him the team leader for the marketing of thirteen new home neighborhoods, and brought private home owners to list hundreds of re-​sale properties with him.
