Once the home of Sterling Garden Center, this group of three distinctive buildings (the Hall, the Manor House, and 300 Senate) and an outdoor Wedding Garden is located on a unique property where Senate Street meets the Congaree River. Nestled next to woods, a ravine and the river at the historic Gervais Street Bridge, you might forget you’re in the heart of downtown’s Vista. Our event venues offer the character of a natural environment with flexible space options, ample parking and proximity to hotels and other downtown benefits.
Sundays, our 300 Senate location is home to our Southern Sunday Brunch and Jazz Series. Delicious Southern specialties, featuring Palmetto State products, followed by live Jazz sponsored by Think Jazz Columbia. 10:30 — 5:00. After the music starts, a $ 4 cover charge supports keeping Jazz alive in Columbia. See our facebook page for more info: www.facebook.com/SenatesEnd

Meet the Business Owner
Dupre P.
Business Owner
Dupre Percival is a Columbia native, growing up in the Eau Claire section of Columbia and graduating from USC. Dupre spent years in the real estate business, but found his real passion to be cooking and serving others. He founded Dupre Catering, and later, the venue known as Senate’s End to satisfy that desire. Dupre keeps his personal touch in the business by being ever present; from initial client bookings to tending functions with his wife Gina.
