I’ve used the Smiley location several times now. They’re always friendly and never try to tack on additional «you need this, jobs». As no place is perfect, the last time I was in — tires mounted/​balanced & 4 wheel alignment — they over torqued my lug bolts, enough that I actually broke some socket equipment when I tried to swap out my winter wheels/​tires. But I went back to the shop and they loosened the lugs and re-​torque to spec without hassle. Great folks to work with.
FYI: as others have noted. Their lifetime alignment is an excellent deal.

These guys were superb. Provided top notch customer service. We broke down 40 miles west and they were accommodating to our dogs, trailer and out situation. They went above and beyond to take car of is and our SUV. Best service I’ve experienced nation wide!

Can’t beat their «life time» front/​4 wheel alignment. I did learn that sometimes a different business will give you the same deal if you ask for it. My grandson was able to take advantage of it at a local business.
