I typically love Mr. bulky for fun stops with my daughter in the mall. However, during our stop today, my daughter picked up about 10 spice drops. While driving home, she told me there was brown stuff on the candy, and that they were harder than normal. When we arrived home, my husband tried one and said it was harder than a rock. I called Mr. Bulky and told them that we had purchased the spice drops and that they were very hard. The response, «We don’t give refunds on candy». I told him I wasn’t asking for a refund, when he said, «Well, what did you want, to inform us?» I said yes, that was all and he said ok and thanks. Frustrating.
