Misako Ballet Studio specializes in classical ballet training for ages 3 to adult. We also offer a wide range of classes including: modern, creative movement, Zumba, pilates, and Turbo Kicks. Come experience great, professional training in a fun environment. All teachers have formal dance training and education, and many years of teaching experience. Two of our wonderful teachers are certified through the American Ballet Theater’s prestigious program.

We teach the children disciplines and confidence through dancing!

History

Established in 2003.

We have been open for over 8 years, providing professional ballet teaching to students of all ages. We offer two performances each year to showcase the students’ growth and development. All studio rooms have the highest quality of flooring to prevent injuries with our 5 layered spring action Marley floors. We also carry dance uniforms, attire, pointe and ballet shoes in our studio.

Misako O.

Business Owner

Director, Ms. Misako Aoki-​Oda, studied at the Royal Ballet School in London, and then joined Matsuyama Ballet Company, where she toured with Rudolf Nureyev.

Ms. Aoki-​Oda has extensive teaching credentials including at the Royal Academy of Dance, Moscow Ballet, Washington Ballet, Towson University, University of Maryland in Baltimore County,. and her own studio of multi-​cultural students in central Maryland.
