only eaten pizza from here. as far as to how it tastes, I can’t really tell you. ordered a pizza and was told it would be an hour. an hour for a plain pizza? waited an hour, walked in and told them I ordered a pizza. the pizza guy tells me they burnt it and would make me another one. nice gesture, but I wasn’t about to turn what normally was a 15 minute wait anyplace else into a 2 hour ordeal just for a round slab of dough with sauce and cheese on it. yes, a lot of motorcycles visit in the summer, not sure why some people get intimidated by this. I’ve lived in the area over 50 years and have never heard of any problems there. I’ve heard they have good pizza… guess i’ll never know.

Food and drinks were good. Bartender was rude, and did not inform me that there is a $ 20 minimum on cards. I told her I did not have enough cash, just my card. She told me I could drive down the road to the ATM to get money and come back to pay since they did not have an ATM machine in the place. They did not have any signs(that I could see) that stated that there was a $ 20 minimum… very annoying. Obviously, I will have cash next time I think about going to this bar again… which will probably be never.

Absolutely great pizza with fresh ingredients. .surprisingly fantastic! Only issue is that they are closed M-TH… wish I could get their pizza whenever I’m in the area!

Classic old school roadhouse… Good for pizza — maybe. Everything else? Watch out. Other reviewers are spot on about the time it takes to get served… Forever. Aside from bikers, dust bunnies like to congregate here as well. The bar itself is rather large considering the overall size of the place. Outdoor seating is a new addition as well, but the place employs a bevy of boneheaded kids… So you can kind of guess how the cuisine and service are going to be.

We were on our way home and saw the place. While it looked cute, we would never go back. The prior reviews said the pizza was good but while this might be true, we stupidly didn’t order it. The grilled chicken was tasteless, the mussels were basically thawed from being frozen with marina sauce from a jar spilled on each mussel and the crab cakes were tasteless. All the food lacked any seasoning and it was quite evident that none of it was fresh– could only imagine the cook just taking frozen food and popping it in a pot or microwave. Very disappointing.

Food was great. However, had a waitress named Tara who treated us like crap and was extremely rude to us. Never was treated so poorly at another restaurant. Definitely will not go back.

I love this place! Everything on the menu is fantastic! The portions are large And the flavors are huge. It has a great log cabin and stone interior. You feel like you went back in time somewhere in the Adirondacks. A beautiful setting in western New Jersey near the Delaware water gap. Our server JoAnn rocks!!! Always pleasant with a beautiful smile on her face! So after a nice motorcycle ride or car ride or hike stop in here for a bite. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a cute little place right off the highway. We stopped here to get pizza after looking at all the reviews but were a little disappointed when we got it. The pizza was verrry greasy. So much so that the dough turns soggy and the pizza falls apart. All the other food did look and smell very good

Have tried this place 3 times in the last year-no more!!! Waitress tells us small wait for outside and we could order drinks to pass time. She walks away and we shout her down 3 times to place the order– busy she’ll be back-my husband goes to the bar and gets us drinks in 2 minutes. Now we are at the table and ANHOUR goes by with just a pizza ordered-no one tells us «sorry we’re busy» or «it will be soon how would you like more drinks». We are just ignored. I flagged the waitress and told her we were leaving-that an hour was too long to wait but we’d pay for the drinks-all we got was another we’re really busy. HATETHISPLACE-DONOTGO! Live in stroudsburg but once in a while take a drive out here and meet up with nj family. Pizza is good I think, my dad will say it’s the best he ever had. Everyone is friendly and the inside is pretty neat. It gets crowded though, but they never had an issue accommodating one of our large groups

The pizza here is excellent and the best in the area by far. The sausage pie was really great. Nice selection of beers on tap too. Will absolutely go back here again… its a little divey but in a cool way.

Last summer I had the best pizza of my life here. Drove an hour today to get there. Crap. Too much sauce, the pepperoni was undercooked and not enough waitresses to handle the crowd. Too bad. Ain’t going that far again.

If I could rate this place with 6 stars, I absolutely would! I consider myself a pizza expert having worked at a pizzeria in high school and college. That being said, you will be hard pressed to find better pizza in NJ! We have had other menu items as well, and all are very good. In looking at the place, you wouldn’t expect it to be so good, but it truly is! It does not have a lot of seating, so expect to wait if you go on Friday or Saturday night. Prices are fair for the portion sizes. If you haven’t been, go!

I came to the Old Log Cabin Inn when i was on a long motorcycle ride with about 8 – 10 guys. After riding for a long time this place was a god send. We ended up ordering a bunch of pizzas and sat outside. The pizza was good and the outside area is pretty nice, we ended up getting caught in a 5 – 10 minute down poor but i guess it was better then having it happen while riding. The staff was friendly and prices reasonable If i was in the area i would stop back in for a bit, but i dont think i would go out of my way to come here as its a decent hike.

Much better than average bar food, massive pizzas, calzones, burgers. Outdoor seating in season. Less than 5min off route 80.(Open Firday-Sunday last time I checked 11⁄2012).

It is what it is… An indoor spot with table service where you can sit down, get a beer and watch the game while waiting for others to stop shopping. You get huge portions(My cousin’s hamburger was the size of his head) but the quality is mediocre. You’d do better at the food court in terms of value. But there are no TVs and no pint glasses in the food court. If you can find a coupon deal, go for it! It’ll make you feel even better about the experience.

Continuing the hunt for best pizza in NJ. Although this was unexpected. We sat on the deck, across street from Dellaware River under HUGE trees. We order a half plain/half BBQ Buffalo Chicken pizza. Crust was appropriately tough and crispy on the edges. Not too sweet sauce. BBQ Buff side was a bit heavy on the sauce. Service could be a bit more attentive.

The happy hour was really good. Only thing I wish the waitress had told us about it. We came to know when we looked at our bill. I was bummed, I would have ordered more clams. The steamed clams were really good. The people at our table ordered burgers/pizzas, fries; as far as I remember no one had any issues with the food. It’s a nice rustic bar, seems to popular with the bikers. The place has a good buzz!
