I was recently hit by a State Farm client in which State Farm took liability. When we went to the vehicle inspection site to get the claim figured out the person that helped us was extremely rude and didn’t even give us enough money to but USED parts not even new ones. She treated us like criminals even though we weren’t the ones who caused the accident. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would NEVER recommend State Farm to anyone.
