Additionally we provide a variety of training options for fitness, dance enhancement, and post-rehabilitation which incorporate Pilates principles to improve strength and well-being to achieve your goals.

Established in 2006.
In 2006, L A R Physical Therapy opened in Howard County to provide high quality, personalized musculoskeletal care. At L A R Physical Therapy, we take the time to listen to your needs to determine the best course of treatment. Spend one-on-one time with a physical therapist developing and learning a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Beyond physical therapy, we offer an array of training programs and preventative care. Dr. Roberts received her Master of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 1999, and received her Pilates certification in 2001. Dr. Roberts worked for a nationally known, Arlington, Virginia based physical therapy clinic for over six years. During that time, she assisted in growing the practice from a 2-person clinic to a multi-disciplinary clinic with over 15 employees. She served in various roles over the years, including Senior Staff Physical Therapist, Center Coordinator for Clinical Education, and rose to become the Associate Clinical Director.
In 2005 she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University, and opened L A R Physical Therapy to provide high quality individualized Physical Therapy and Pilates to Howard County. Dr. Roberts continues to pursue manual therapy and evidence-based continuing education to stay abreast of the latest research in evaluation and treatment techniques to best serve her patients.
