JT’s Dodgeland of Columbia

Eric was my sales person, he made me feel like family like if I was the only person buying a car. The car is for my wife so it was important I got it right the first time. Once I told Eric what my wife liked that was it. We went through the inventory on-​line found the town and country .Four days later it was in front of my house. Did I mention we live in Florida. My wife is very happy as am I Thank you Eric. I would recommend Dodgeland to my friends and family.

My car was between both the Body Shop and Service for the past month and a half. It took way longer than expected, but when I got my car back it ran great and looked like a new car. Thanks.

I took my 2012 Charger in for repair in the morning and they had me out the same day even though I didn’t have an appointment. Thanks to Bill and the service team.

Very knowledgable and goes out of their way to make you happy. The business was wry clean and they had a huge selection of vehicles to choose from.

I have called this dealership 6 times to speak with them about purchasing a new Ram pickup. I was emailed by a Tonisha Brown and given a higher price for the truck than was listed online. I called back to ask for a salesman manager 6 different times and was either hung up on or told they would call me back. I would love to speak with the owner about their lousy customer service. I have looked elsewhere for my truck and would highly advise anyone reading this not to go to this dealership.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ram 2500. I rode there on motorcycle during my only day off. The salesman was excellent. He listened to what I told him, and understood what I was looking for. After a short test drive we negotiated and I was able to get the deal I wanted. Pretty much standard for every dealership.
The exceptional service came into play, when I needed to get my 2012 Fatboy back home. About four workers came out and assisted me with putting the bike in the back of my new truck. They did exeptional work and helped out immensely.

I came in to get my final oil change at Dodgeland of Columbia. My car passenger visor had broken a whole ago and I never made the time to come get it checked. I simply put the pieces back together and would drive with the occasional flap down of the passenger visor.
I happen to mention my visor situation on drop off, and didn’t really think much of it. I figured there was really nothing that could be done. I was wrong! The gentleman told me, yea that should be covered by warranty, let me check if we have the part in stock. Sure enough they did and as I write this post they are fixing my visor!!!
I will be traveling soon, literally across the country, and the gentlemen in the service department at Dodgeland of Columbia have given me peace of mind for this long trip. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my car while I was here!

When I went to browse vehicles at JT’s Dodgeland after owning my previous vehicle for 9 years, I did not expect to purchase that day, nor did I expect it to be so simple! My salesman, Cory Harvel, took time to get to know my lifestyle and showed me every sensible car in the lot, gave me real pros and cons, and genuinely asked me what I liked or didn’t like in each one. I didn’t expect to have a say-​so with a salesman! Instead of talking me into any vehicle, Mr. Harvel could tell that I was attached to the qualities of my previous vehicle and brought me to the 2010 version. After taking a test drive, I was sold! When it was time to get down to business, I was confident and comfortable with the atmosphere at JT’s being so friendly! It seemed like the whole staff was excited for me. This is what a car-​buying experience should be!

I scheduled an appointment online to get an oil change and my tires rotated. When I got to the dealership they said that my appointment was useless because they don’t do that for oil changes. I ask the service representative why do they offer the option to make an appointment online if they’re not gonna honor it. His response was unprofessional he say «it is what it is» What kind of response is that??? Never bringing my car here again.

Worst experience ever! My husband and I purchased a car here 2 months ago and this dealership has yet to send us the tags (temporary tags have expired) and they did not send the title to our bank. I find it very hard to believe when I paid extra fees to have the paperwork processed that it’s impossible to do within 2 months! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!

Came here car shopping and enjoyed the person that took us for a test drive, but that’s where my good feelings ended. After being asked if I was ready to buy, he disappeared and made us wait a ridiculous amount of time before we could leave, only to come back and ask us the same thing, putting more pressure when I’d already stated I had at least 2 other dealerships I needed to test drive at first. It was obnoxious and I would not go back there if I was looking for a car again.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and a simple diagnosis for a problem I was having with my passenger side windows. I was called about an hour or so later and told my car was ready and what all I would need to remedy the problem .fine. I picked up my car and drove my son to school. When we arrived and my son attempted to exit the vehicle my passenger side door would not open. The handle was broken and no one at the service department had said a word just took my money and basically said screw me I guess. I immediately called the service department and was met with an attitude from the technician as if I had destroyed his car which infuriated me. He then proceeds to tell me that he would not stand for my verbal abuse because he was trying to «help me out» and insinuated that I had broken the door but not a second later says «I have checked and we do not have the clip to fix your door on hand». Wait a minute, if the door was already broken and I didn’t ask you to fix it, why are you looking for the part to repair it. Eventually I had to settle things with the service manager who came out with a lot of excuses for the technician such as «he deals with a lot of angry customers everyday and may have overreacted «. He deals with angry customers all day because he is breaking things on people’s cars. I guess this notion was over his head so all he could muster was a half assed apology and offered to fix the problem which scared me because who knows what they were going to screw up next. The people working in this service department shouldn’t be anywhere near people or their cars. I will never return and will do my damnest to keep others from falling victim.
