Gone wayyy dowhill. I use Italian Village for many group events and I believe when doing group orders they give low quality pizza. Little Ceasars will be better at this point. So disappointed in the last 3 orders.

Wow. Not sure what the other Unilocalers were thinking when the average review is over four stars. My stomach is begging me to exile its contents but I’m unfortunately at a football game. The buffalo and gyro pizzas are a major miss. Skimpy toppings and extremely chewy crust. It tastes strangely like the PizzaHut personal pan pizza circa 1990 without the crispy edge or satisfaction of not paying for it because I read a few books. What is worse is the 1.99 chocolate chip cookies. They were pre-packaged, frito lay owned«grandmas» brand cookies. What the actual what?!? They bake pizzas but can’t even bake some cookie dough from a roll or tub? Should have gone to a gas station. I would give zero stars if it were an option. They also did t give me plastic ware, plates, or napkins.

First time ordering from Italian Village Pizza. I did carry out. Got two large meat(lovers) pizzas for the guys at the shop and an order of bread sticks. Crust was medium thickness, sauce was traditional tomato sauce(not that high fructose corn syrup stuff at some of the other pizza joints), meats and cheeses were piled on and high quality. Delicious. They were hopping busy when I picked up the pizza but very courteous and friendly. This place is only carry out or delivery.

Great. Had a pizza hogie for lunch. Couldn’t have been any better. Looking forward to my next visit. Going to have to try their pizza next.

This is for the subs. Owner said their specialty Is the pizza. He should not be so modest. I got the toasted Italian Deli Sub. It was incredible. Same length but more filling and flavor than the Subway BMT. i.e. More meat, cheese, etc. Wife got Meat Ball sub. Same experience.

Had a friend in the hospital and needed a pick her up delivery with a saying to go with it because I couldn’t be there. They delivered the message, the goods, and were absolutely amazing. Thank you for helping me. –Laura in Spain

Okay. I never really stray from my normal pizza joint so this was a rather scattered purchase. The delivery driver was just as sweet as she could be and even brought my order to my work when I wasn’t home. I got the pizza and it was okay but tasted store bought and the ranch had to be the Kraft Fat Free kind because it tasted like plastic. I just feel like if you’re already at it make the ranch homemade. The salad was iceberg lettuce. No offense but this is 2015 and iceberg lettuce is out.

I am using Italian Village’s service at my 2nd place of employment. Have never had anything bad from there and always treated right!

All seemed to be going well with a simple order from Italian Village until the delivery driver knocked on the door. Simple order; one spaghetti and meatballs, one salad. Several basic problems; presentation poor, portion size fair, silverware, napkins, condiments-non existent. Called within 30 seconds to request utensils, condiments, plates, etc. italian Village’s response was bizarre and unprofessional. Given the number of choices a person has, even in a small town, to order spaghetti and a salad, you would probably be better off trying somewhere else.

Midway across a drive across the state, Italian Village sits like a gem waiting to be discovered. This family style pizza joint did not dissapoint. The crust was perfect, neither too thick or too thin. All the toppings on our veggie pizza were fresh and tasty. If only they had eggplant I would award them all five stars. In addition, while slowing savoring our meal and recovering from the road weariness, we had a nice chat with the owner who explained the history behind the memorabilia on the walls. We certainly plan to stop on our next trip through and learn some more while again filling our bellys.

While it may be sacrilegious to not put shake’s at the top, Italian Village is my wife and I’s favorite pizza in Columbia. Be sure to ask for ranch dressing if you like it. They use T. Marzetti’s which is awesome as well.
