So terrible. Spoke to a woman named Rose and had a scheduled appointment to view a home. Appointment was at 12:30 PM the next day. Said she would call if someone else signed the lease. Boyfriend and I got off work and went to the home. 12:35 rolls around. I call Rose and she goes– the place was leased this morning. Um excuse me. She said she was in the process of calling. Um bitch it’s 12:35 I’m already here. She was apologizing and was like there is nothing I can do the house has been rented I can’t show it to you. Um Rose, that is not the point. The point is we had a scheduled appointment and I’m here! She was so rude about it. I mean you can’t just not call or not show up to an appointment. When I called back and asked for her name (obvi so I could complain) she was like-​what are you gonna do? Complain some more?!. Then she hung up. Spoke to one of the higher ups and he was very apologetic. He actually said rose is very old and has been making a lot of mistakes. Bottom line. Rose’s customer service is very poor. You would think people would be nicer when you are willing to give them money but no. Don’t rent with these people.
