I took my car in to get it fixed and $ 203 later they told me that they were not able to fix it but I still had to pay $ 230. I would not recommend taking your car in to this place no matter what. Take to the dealership you will pay a little bit extra but at least the job will get done.

First time I went here they were nice. This time I had them ignore me and then when I asked if they had time for an oil change, all the guy had to say to me was «nope». Until I slowly walked away and said okay, that’s when he preceded to clarify and say that he was busy and everyone else in town would be busy and that I should probably call instead of walking in. Very rude. :/​I called jiffy lube and they took me right in.

I called ahead to ask how long it takes for a safety inspection and was told they would get me in and out in a hour. When I took my car there, they told me the wait would be 45 minutes to 1 hour and I waited more than 2 hours for them to even get started!
Then it took them another hour and a half to complete the inspection. I had to get two new tires which I don’t disagree with because I saw the tread.
But — the tire they showed me with the worn tread was one that I repeatedly returned to them to fix a pressure loss. I didn’t understand how I could have that kind of wear on tires that i only purchased a little over a year ago. I suspect it has something to do with their inspection and repair work on that tire when I kept taking it back for leaks.
I never received an apology and never any updates on when they would be getting to my car. People who came in after me got their cars serviced and were out of there before me!
When they replaced my tires they never said what kind they were putting on or gave me any other information about the tires until I asked. I still don’t know much except that they chose the tires they would put on my car rather than asking me and when I asked one of the counter guys said they were putting on tires that had a 40,000 mile warranty. Where’s the warranty information? I don’t even know the brand.
I won’t take my car back there again.

I have received service several times and have been very satisfied with their work, their last service job turned me off and made me swear, ‘never again’.
They diagnosed my vehicle last month of needing a tune-​up and they gave me a quote of a price over the phone. It was my fault that I did not ask them how much of the quote was for labor because it would have immediately sent red flags. I was given the diagnosis at about 10:30 and by 2:30 I called to discover that the job is done. I then find on the bill that they charged me 6 HOURS of labor because this is called «book hours», it is based on a guide of how long the job would be estimated to take for an «average» mechanic.
CCA thinks that it is an acceptable practice (and they stated that this is typical and normal) to charge book hours regardless of how much time was spent on the car. This may be good if they screw up and take forever, but when they get it done in significantly less time, it is NOT acceptable to me that I get charged for time/​labor when they are not working on my car (30 minutes early is one thing, 2 hours is almost $ 200 when you account the taxes, shop fees, etc). Now I’m a grateful as the next customer that the job was done right, done timely, and there is no argument that the quality of the technicians are top-​notch. But this does not grant CCA the right to charge me whatever they want and I don’t agree to just pay whatever because the car was fixed.
Again, it was my fault that I didn’t ask a couple questions beforehand. But this practice, despite how typical and wide-​spread it may be, is a great way to siphon money and rip off the customer. I would NOT, EVER go back there because this practice ripped me off and my subsequent complaints were met with disdain. It was absolutely amazing that they dare to do this practice despite doing many other jobs with a reasonable price. It also profoundly bothers me that I need to look for another mechanic because this industry is tainted with many bad apples.

Was a regular customer until one of the service person tried to rip me off. He quoted $ 900 for a timing belt replacement and replacement of the oil pump seal on an older model Camry. He claimed that the job requires partial removal of the engine and would take 10 – 12 hours, which is complete nonsense, considering the job itself can be done using only hand tools in 4 – 5 hours. I ended up getting it done at another shop in town for a third of the price. Buyer beware.

This place is great. They are honest and will put everything in writing. I have never felt ripped off here. They fix my car and never charge me more than their estimate.

Don’t take your car there. They either know nothing about cars, or they are scamming customers.
My AC went out on my car. I took my car in, and they proceeded to tell me what was allegedly broken, stating that it’d cost $ 500 to replace. My girlfriend has a mechanic that she trusts, so I went there for a second opinion. I told them what Custom Complete said, and they did their own analysis. Their finding was a different part, and it only cost me $ 270 to replace. My AC has been fine ever since I got it fixed for $ 270.
I will NEVER go back to Custom Complete. They’re awful and irresponsible in at least one way, incompetence or scamming, and probably both.

Do not use them, please. I have a newer car. Today, I needed to get my car inspected. I read all of the reviews I could find online (they were not good), and thought, oh, well, they are close to where I live, my car is new, there is no way they can find anything wrong to not pass my car for the inspection. Boy, was I wrong. They came back and told me I had a bar on my right side that was «broken» so it would not pass inspection. And that I also needed an alignment, new tires, and all my fluids flushed. (I had just gotten all new tires 14 months ago.) I paid and left and took it to G & J (which I would highly recommend, I have used them for years, they are a smaller operation off of Vandiver. Very honest, very fast, willing to work with you.). When I got into my car I noticed that the receipt Custom gave me, the failed inspection, said the bar was «loose», not «broken». When I got to G & J, I explained the situation. They looked at the bar and it was not broken at all. They even showed me when they had it raised up.
