History

Established in 2003.

Helen has been in private practice since 1989. Jason Simmons joined the practice in 2003 and Cripps and Simmons, LLC was established in 2006. In 2016, Michael J. Sukup joined the firm as an associate.

Business Owner

Helen has been practicing in the areas of estate planning, elder law, probate, tax and business planning since 1989. She believes that educating people is an important first step in planning. Helen is a frequent speaker at various civic organizations on the topics of estate planning, special needs, elder law and probate avoidance. She is active in community organizations related to her practice areas, is a past President of the Mid-​Missouri Estate Planning Council and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
