I tried this place for the first time about a week ago and was super satisfied. I was nervous it was going to be similar to Panera but to my surprise it wasn’t. I enjoyed this place and the food so much. They have a lot of option to choose from and the menu is written in great detail. I only take off one star because of cleanliness. It may have been because they were short staffed it but the dining room was a little crumby. I live about 20 minutes away but I wish I lived closer so I could go more frequently. Great job, Cosí!

Verrrrrrry slow service. Only 5 groups in here besides us and took 20 min to bring out 2 small soups, half a sandwich, and half a flat bread pizza. This is why it’s absolutely empty in here at 7:20 on a Tuesday night. So much for trying Cosi for our first time. And they lost our order somehow. Wow. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible catering experience. An hour late and no cups /utensils. My office is across the street — no excuse! Manager promised to call me to resolve this issue and never did. Poor customer service.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place for the first time today. We just finished at the gym and were looking for a healthy meal. When we walked in there was a very odd spicy smell, making me hesitant to try the food. However, I am very happy we did. I got the Chicken Pesto Melt and it was amazing! The only negative thing would be the initial smell of the place, the disorganization of the tables. it looked as if the restaurant was in the process of moving, and the price. it is pricey. Overall, I am very happy I have discovered this place.

Order dressing on the side if you get a salad. Mine looked more like cole slaw because they put so much.

I discovered Cosi through my friend. We decided to eat there again today. Once again my food was superb! I ended up ordering food to go for my husband as well. I ordered the Chicken Pesto hot. It was delicious! My drink was some type of lemonade. I am not sure how I feel about it but it was cool. I ended up having to get a cup of ice. The drink can easily serve two people. I would totally recommend this spot. Parking can be crazy because it is next to Chipotle but the food makes up for that!

Came here for lunch with the boyfriend, but it was a late lunch, so there weren’t that many people at the place. Staff was pretty friendly. The only problem that I noticed was that the soda machine wasn’t working right. It would only dispense of the soda’s syrup instead of the soda/water combination. I ordered a tuna melt and added bacon. It was pretty good, not perfect but good. The bread was a little bit crispy but otherwise it wasn’t too bad. I really liked that I could have baby carrots as my side instead of chips. Boyfriend ordered a salad and he really enjoyed it. He told me it was very fresh and had a good flavor. I do want to come back to this place and try their flatbread pizza and some of the other sandwiches.

Overall I’m impressed. Had the flatbread pizza. Excellent crust, good sauce and plenty of Romano cheese. I kept the toppings to sausage only and it was perfect. Wife got the adobo lime chicken salad. It was good, not great. Dressing was not on the side as ordered but that was the only ooops. Tea is obviously freshly brewed on site. Ambience is part good with couches and chairs spread around. Not crowded which was a bonus compared to Chipolte’s next door.

I love this place, and have for years. I still don’t really know how to pronounce the name, but that doesn’t effect the taste. It’s really good food for a reasonable price. I especially like the turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce sandwich they have around the holidays. Who knew that Thanksgiving dinner on flatbread would be so good.

We originally tried to go to Chipotle next door, but the line was so long, we went to Cosi instead. It was a good decision. Menu is on the wall, you order at the counter and they bring the food to you when ready. I really appreciate that they list the calories for each menu item. I had the tandoori chicken salad, and it was great. Very large portions. Service was friendly, and the place was clean. I’ll be eating there again.

I love Cosi. It is a great place if you are in the mood for a salad. They also have flatbread sandwiches, flatbread pizza and soup. I tend to get the same thing signature salad no grapes and tossed. You now have to ask for your salad tossed because for some reason the stop doing that. I tried the chipotle pumpkin soup & salad combo today and it was quite good. If you like pumpkin soup you may like this with a hint of chipotle. It was not spicy and I am sure it is a seasonal item. I have also tried the tomato, mozzarella & basil flatbread which is great in the summer time. I am sure it is great year around, but I tend to get it in the summer time. Overall it is a great comfort food place for me and my family loves it as well. There is something for everyone.

The warm pesto chicken sandwich and tomato soup combo is a winner! My toddler ate her ham and cheese before her fruit cup– which is unheard of in her world. That’s a high compliment on the kids sandwich. They seem to use the tables as storage for to go orders, which was kind of unprofessional looking, or at least sloppy looking. It’s pretty uncrowded at noon on a Monday, but they seem to do a lot of to go orders. The cashier forgot to ask if I wanted to add a drink until she ran my card, so she just gave it to me instead of running it again, which was a nice bonus. Also there’s wifi :)

My boyfriend and I love Cosi’s Chicken Alvacado Bowl. Its so much better than Chipotle. However, an on going issue that we seem to be having is the ordering process of our meal. I am not a fan of beans so every time I go I ask for no beans. I get three different answers. 1-«It doesn’t come with beans» Even though the description states that it does, 2– «If we don’t do beans there will be no corn because it is mixed» Which is completely fine. 3-«All you will get is rice chicken and alvacado because everything is mixed together» My boyfriend and I go once a week for about two months now… one of these three responses come up. I personally know that I have gotten the bowl without beans and have still have all the vegetables in my bowl. You guys really need to make up your mind on how you make your bowl and tell your employees what is the correct way that way there is no confusion for customers. Or as an idea have the beans separate, I work in a restaurant and a lot of people don’t like beans so instead of irritating customers with different answers we just keep the beans separate.

Decent lunch — employees not very helpful — if you have never eaten here before and you have questions just ask for the manager. None of the pimply faced pre-pubescent teens will be helpful. One kid told me had not eaten anything I asked about due to allergies. Yup Okey Dokey! You Betcha!

I used to work at the Target across the way and my coworker suggested I try out Cosi — I had never heard of it. OHMYGOODNESS — I couldn’t believe how long I waited to try this place out! I’m a mango fanatic so I immediately knew I had to try their mango smoothie and I’m so glad I did. It was tart and slightly sweet — exactly how fresh mango off the vine should taste. I also got one of their personal sized pizzas and it was yummy!(Side note — they use chunks of tomatoes on their pizza which I’m not a fan of but they were large enough I could just peel them off) They are sure to give Panera a run for their money and I appreciate I can take my little one here and he has a good time. They frequently get awards for being so kid-friendly.

Just heard of this Cosi place, and I have only been here a couple of times. My other two experiences were great. I’ve learned that the pizzas are great, and the flat bread is to die for, I don’t really care for the salads though, but the raspberry mojito lemonade… chile YES! I love how this location has big comfy chairs and ottomans to just relax. The staff are really nice, and helpful. I had the adobo chicken bowl, which I think is great, my only gripe was that my initial entrée came out with COLD chicken, like ICECOLD. How odd is that? Either way, I let the staff know, and they prepared me a fresh dish that was piping hot! I left happy and full. Yes.

These guys need to advertise more! I’ve never heard of Cosi before but was walking up to Chipotle and noticed this nice place next door. You still order at the counter like Chipotle but they’ve invested much more on their seating and décor. What a comfortable place with wi-fi a few big lounge chairs and more. They also have a larger and more varied menu selection. I can’t say I’ve tried many things but I love these dishes and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to veer from them. It’s a festive fusion mix of a menu and they also offer a coffee and espresso bar. Prices are decent too. Perfect meal: Adobo Chicken with Avocado Bowl Tomato Basil Soup, comes with flatbread for dipping Chai Latte
