Child Playtime and Swellness Center

Great, clean place to run around and explore. My 15 month old loves the toy cars he can ride in and the play vacuums. Owner is very friendly. We got the 6 time pass because it’s a little cheaper. I don’t think it expires quickly.

We love this place! I like that little kids have space to run around if they need to get energy out that way (especially if the weather isn’t great), but also plenty of different toys and activities if they are inclined to sit still and focus. It’s also good to take them there to learn to interact a little bit with other kids and share, especially if they do not have siblings, neighbors their age, etc. There are also plenty of spots for adults to sit down (on chairs).

This is a private little children’s museum and it is just lovely. Well organized, clean. My son (3) had a wonderful time.
We will definitely be going back!

This place is simply fantastic. If you have a crawling baby, a running toddler or both — this is the place to be.
Bring socks for you and your littles if you’re wearing sandals in the summertime; this is a no shoe zone. If you forget, they sell very reasonably priced socks at the counter. We come so frequently, I usually keep a clean pair in my car’s console in case I forget. When you hit the door, you sign the clipboard with your child’s name and store your shoes in the shoe holders. There is usually a coat rack up front; if not, there is a coat closet all the way in the back. They sell a «6 pass» at a discount. I can’t remember the rate anymore; I buy them 3 at a time and it’s been a while, but I think a single play session is $ 10 for as long as you want to stay.
The floors are foam alphabet puzzles, so falls aren’t much of an issue for new walkers. It is unbelievably clean. Parents are expected to walk around and help their kids pick up before they move on to something new, so that helps a lot.
In the front, there is a play kitchen with appliances, a play washer and dryer, and a little table to have tea parties. There is a room with musical instruments — little pianos, keyboards, etc. There are play vacuums, play lawnmowers, strollers and babies, bowling sets, book shelves, a room with ride on cars and a train table, a room with foam blocks, wooden blocks and play tools… it is fantastic.
In the back, there are tables, tiny chairs and highchairs for your littles to eat their snacks or full meals. These are also art tables — there are stamps, paper, crayons — all kinds of things for creative tots. There is an area in the back for crawlers with little tunnels for them to crawl through and toys for tiny tots. The owner has kid-​friendly music playing and every inch of the walls decorated with colorful and cute art and décor.
There are leather sofas lining one of the walls, so you can get comfy and watch your kids if they are feeling independent. It’s a great spot to get comfy if you brought a new baby. There are moms everywhere, so it’s a great place to meet mommies and playmates. With the wide variety of activities, it is also a wonderful way to gauge what your kids are capable of and what they are interested in before you spend money on toys. I see grandparents, daddies and nannies in here all the time.
Grandparents, if you’re looking for a great gift — skip the toy aisle and buy a 10 pass for this place. Your daughter /​son /​grandchild will appreciate it and will thank you for not adding to the giant colorful plastic monument of Made-​in-​China clutter that takes over the house when you have small children.

Wish this was closer to home but we stopped by during a road trip… exactly what we needed! My son is only 9 months but there were books, toys, and activities for children of various ages. The only negative was that I had to protect him from toddlers who got very angry about him touching «their toys,» and were obviously working on controlling aggression. But, there were so many rooms, we were able to find a more private place to play and other rooms with groups of more well-​adjusted children.
The owner was very nice and welcoming and it seemed well worth the $ 10. I hope to return soon but the hours are limited and it’s hard to fit in a 65 mile round trip on a Sunday but I will try!

Love this place! It’s so cute and a lot of fun for my 1 year old. She didn’t know what to do with herself when we got there! I love all the sections… kitchen area/​market (grocery shopping), a music room, car room, building blocks room, an art area, etc. Very affordable and a good place for moms who want to catch up during play dates. I wish it was closer to me!

This place is awesome! Tons of different rooms and things to do. There is even an infant room! Ms. Sandra knows most of her customers by name and has a beautiful spirit! This place is clean and always has a variety of activities, toys, books, and games to choose from. My son has been coming to the Swellness Center since he was about 11mos old and we even had his 1^st Birthday Party here! Our experience has been nothing short of awesome! We love coming and refer all of our friends and family here. Most of my mommy friends love that the kids can run around and play while we sit and relax on the couches, chit chat and watch the littles at the same time! Win-​Win! Keep in mind most kids over the age of 5 or 6yrs old will probably be bored. Invest in the stamp card where you get five visits for $ 25. Well worth it and they never expire!

A clean, safe, fun place for children to play. It is a great place all year round and conveniently located with ample parking. My child could stay all day playing in the different areas with legos, books, play kitchen, puzzles, etc. I like it because I can relax a bit because he is contained and we can play together.

Parents/​caregivers of children under 8 yrs old take note: this learning and activity center is FANTASTIC! Have you been to the Playseum? THIS place is 10 times better.
It’s extremely clean, very well stocked with hundreds of different types of toys, art supplies, books, cars, games, music, and more!
The owner has done an incredible job of creating a safe and educational environment that encourages independent exploration. My almost 3 yr old and 9 month old enjoyed our first experience here and we look forward to going again soon!

This place is perfect, safe, and clean place for kids ages infant– 5 years. my three years old son and 8 months old daughter love this place so much. this place has any toy can a child in this age enjoy. it has many rooms one for infants and other for music and other for cars and other for blocks, puzzles. it has also area for doing craft and for eating. it has a little kitchen with sink and fridge and microwave, so you can bring your kids food and save it and heat it when they get hungry. you can easily spend the day there without feeling board. the owner of this place is such an awesome and super clean person. the price is really worth it. you can pay $ 10 for one visit and spend as much time as u want, or u can pay $ 30 for six visits also with no limited time per the day.

we had my 2 year old birthday party here and we LOVE this place. there’s so much for children to do and explore. ms. sandra is such a lovely and kind person. and very accommodating. the space is the extremely clean and tidy.

My wife and I can’t say enough about how happy we are with our experience at the Child Playtime and Swellness Center. We recently had a birthday party for our 2 year old daughter at the Center and our experience will have us coming back again. The owner (Sandra) was very accommodating with any requests we had and she keeps the facility in immaculate condition. The toys and equipment are like-​new, clean and offer a diverse range of fun for kids. We’ve also visited the Center for open playtimes and our daughter had lots of fun then too.

This is a large indoor play area for preschool-​age kids. There are several different rooms, one for crawlers, one for musical play, one with a transportation theme, and so on. My 19-​month old had a fantastic time but there is also lots to do there for older kids too. We went for open play but it looks like they can host parties there as well.
