Cedar Terrace Card and Party Shop is super convenient for me since I work across the street, but may be a bit difficult for others to find. It’s in the shopping plaza on Garners Ferry… across from the VA Hospital.
It has all your basic party supply needs. They do have an excellent selection of cake toppers for birthday parties and lots of cake pans. They also have a variety of plates, napkins and balloons. They also have cards and some decorations. The prices seem reasonable and they had some sales going on too.
There were two ladies working there when I stopped by. They greeted me at the door and offered assistance but I was just wandering through. They left me to my browsing and wished me a good day and told me thank you on my way out. I would definitely stop by here again.
