Baskin-Robbins

I went to Baskin Robins and ordered a sherbet for my son. When we came out I decided to steal a bite to see how it tasted, and I was met my chewy little pieces in it as well as what looked like hairs. I was horrified and disgusted by what I was met with. I immediately told my son to throw it out and went back in to complain. As usual I got a lame we’re sorry for any inconvenience. They didn’t sound sincere about it and didn’t even get a refund. I was absolutely angered about this poor service and angered me even more how innocent people, most likely kids, eat that and don’t do anything about it. Most likely from where they know the usual routine of getting a lame excuse from employees with no compensation for such a waste of money.

How do you say… HORRIBLE Customer Service?
The sad part is… the owner’s are the reason I am so angry.
I order a 3 scoop sundae via drive thru & it was milk before I could leave the parking lot.
I go into the store (my mood is irate) show them the ice cream and ask if they could redo it.
The girl who greets me has this goofy smirk on her face, and I ask «did I miss something, what the hell is so funny?»
At this point, instead of an apology for giving me a milk shake instead of sundae. I get chastised for cursing in front of teenagers by a male & female/​the owners. (YOU got to be kidding me, right?)
A jack ass (male owner) snatches the reciept out of my hand and hands me $ 6.00!!!
I walkout, but then realize, I paid $ 6.58. I go back in and ask for a reciept. The owner tells me I can’t get one…(REALLY)? Then he lies and says «I actually gave you more money back then what u paid.»
I sit down and say «ok, if you won’t give me a reciept, fine, let’s make a phone call!» I began strolling through my cell looking for a corporate #. He even had the nerve to ask me WHY I wanted a reciept!!!
After about 2 – 3 minutes of me sitting there looking for a corporate number via cell phone, he told one of the staff members to give me the originald reciept (not one showing he had given me a refund).
I didn’t bother asking for .58 cent, I left and called corporate.
Baskins has awesome ice… I just hate that you are selling it for them.
Thank you for giving me my $ 6.00 out of $ 6.58 back.(SARCASM, fur shur!)

Everybody loves ice cream even in the winter. The staff is wonder and friendly. I recommend sherbet. Price are on line with other hand scoop ice creams shops

What is there really to say? This location has a drive up window!!! That alone earned it 5 stars and the service is always great. My family lives in Forest Acres and we always make the drive out because it’s always quicker than the Forest drive location and the service is much better. Keep up the good work guys!

Fast service even though it was super busy. All teenagers working but very professional and nice.

Their ice cream is the best around town in my opinion. Big selection for such a tiny store. Staff is wonderful and courteous even offering suggestions on their favorites in case you need help. Good selection of fat-​free, low calorie sherberts. Healthy treat for my family of three. We’re there once a week.
