Ordered a system in early April, had it installed early June. In July BGE finally finished all of their approvals and installed the net meter. Aurora was very easy to work with throughout and informative about all of the current incentives (30% Federal Tax credit, $ 1000 Maryland grant, SREC’s). They employ their own installers and did a great job, very professional. My system has worked great so far. My July and August electric bills were negative, of course I know in the winter I will still have a big bill, but 8 months out of the year I should be break even or better.

So, I asked these guys to come out and look at my building to see if I can get solar installed. They seemed eager at the start, but after the visit I could never reach them again. I called and left voicemails and emailed them, but no response! I guess they don’t want my business, but at least have the courtesy to say they can’t do the job. They might do a good job, but they have to start it first.
