I had my service done on Thursday 06÷11÷15 and I paid $ 1200 installed Fresh aire UV system. And now my air condition is not working. 76 degrees inside my house called the customer service a man answer me and said he can’t come till Monday so I have to live 2 days without Air condition in this heat and after I paid them $ 1200 bad customer service. It will be on Facebook and Unilocal and I have 3000 customers they will be reading my face book on my business page. It is not ending here. I am so made.

I had them install a Rheem heatpump in 2012 and had to have it repaired every season when I switch it over to summer to winter or winter to summer. Would not recommened them or Rheem.

I have been having air conditioning problems on and off for a week now. Jason took over my services and within a few days (part delivery) he took care of everything in a professional manner! Thanks Jason if it wasn’t for u I would be back with Midlands air!
