I’m confused why the only other reviewer left 3 stars but a happy review– they must not know how stars work.
Adluh Flour is a main fixture in Columbia, being probably the only remaining operating remnant of Columbia’s industrial district. Most of the restaurants around use Adluh products in their kitchens, such as in their grits or in their baked goods. If you haven’t had freshly milled grits before, you’re missing out.
They are an incredibly charitable company as well and have been known to help out with Harvest Hope and various food drives.

These folks are so kind. I dropped in to buy some 1lb bags of grits for some gift bags at work and they were so nice to accommodate me. I did have to come back a few days later to pick up the quantity I needed, but they were very nice folks.
