Good carpet. Great price. Fast installation. This is the best carpet purchasing and installation experience I’ve ever had. Mr. Khan was extremely helpful in picking out the right carpet for my dad’s house. He was readily available to come and measure and give an estimate. Home Depot and Lowes made me wait over a week before they’d come measure and many of the carpets took 7 – 10 days just to order. Home Depot charges $ 35 just to to measure. Mr. Khan took into consideration wheelchair or walker and made appropriate recommendations. He came to the house ready with samples and gave us an unbelievable price. The installers came just a few days after the estimate and they did a *superb* job. Mr. Khan inspected it when they were done to be sure everything was done well. I highly recommend 111 Carpet. I have never written a review so my positive experience really makes me want to spread the good word!

After reading the reviews an checking better business bureau we decided to call 111 carpets. So glad we did. When kan told us the cost we just couldn’t believe it. We paid three times more five years ago. He seems very knowledgeable. We even delayed the installation for about a month while we do some remodeling although we could have received it tomorrow. I will change to five stars once the carpet has been installed So now the carpet has been installed. All I can say is BEAUTIFUL. the installers arrived on time an did a fantastic job. Do not hesitate to use 111 carpets if u need installation. FANTASTIC!!!

We decided to replace the in our home, and started in with the daunting process of selecting our carpet, and the company from which to purchase the carpet and installation.
We figured out what carpet we wanted, and then started shopping around for the lowest price. We tried Costco’s contractor. We tried Empire. We tried Luna. We tried Lowe’s. We tried Home Depot. And then we tried 111Carpets. BINGO!!!

*They are primarily a shop-​at-​home service, but they do have a showroom open by appointment. Which means, you can shop however YOU prefer. (We opted for the in-​home, similar to Empire or Luna.)
*There is absolutely NO pressure to sign a contract on the spot (unlike with Empire or Luna).
* They listen to the customer. The gentleman who came to our home was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and didn’t try to persuade us that we wanted anything other than what we told him we wanted.
*NO SUBCONTRACTORS.
*No crazy waits while your carpet gets ordered like with Lowes or Home Depot, or many of the other smaller shops.
*Added benefit of having a local company to call in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong. Having local service is SO important. 111Carpet also has an A+ from the BBB.
*They were able to beat the lowest price we had gotten.
If I EVER need flooring ever again, regardless of how big or small, I will only make one phone call. To 111Carpets.
