I would suggest no one move here, my mother-​in-​law lives here and nothing but issues and problems. Police are there almost every day, the managers are rude and REALLY strict on rules, you also have to argue with them to get what you want. A window A/​C unit was being put in because of the 100+ temperatures by my mother-​in-​law because there are kids living in that room and the managers weren’t allowing it at all. I suggest don’t move in, if you know someone there and are staying the night *make sure to get a pass* or they will put an actual sticker on your window saying there going to tow your car

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really quiet place with 0 noisy neighbors. I stayed for 2 weeks in my RV since they are half mobile homes and half RV spots. Reasonably priced.
