Horrible customer service I bought a xbox 360 and it didn’t work so I went to exchange it for another one and they didn’t have one they send me to a store in Riverside and when I got their they didn’t have one either so I went to another store in rialto and they said they didn’t have one so finally I went back to the store in colton and they gave me another one I get home and the power cord wasn’t the right one so I went to Ontario Mills to buy a power cord and it was the right box but the wrong cord so I go back to the game stop in colton and they gave me the right cord but when I get home and turn on the xbox 360 I get red flashing lights and it didn’t work so I call the store in colton and they tell me they don’t have any and theirs nothing they could do now I’m calling corporate cause now they want me to go to Redlands so I been all over the inland empire game stop stores and by now I spend more on gas and time then what the game is worth and they don’t want to give me my money back but also don’t have another xbox 360 to exchange my broken one

I came here for the release of a new game, I got here at 6, it wasn’t schedule to release at 9. During that time the staff passed out pizza and candy. Never seen anything like it.

Most of the staff is helpful. Good selection but obviously very corporate.

Some of the ppl are helpful, others seem to be upset to help out. Got so many good deals here though and the ppl that ARE helpful make your experience here better
