These guys are amazing. They fixed my laptop when I was told by HP tech support they need to add new memory, and the recovery disk. but there guys fixed it in a few hours, and Best buy Geek Squad said $ 200 to find the issue and diagnose it.
UPDATE 2÷28÷16: They had 5 stars from me until they hired these new workers that don’t know what their doing. I took my computer in on the date of 2÷22÷16. One worker was helping another customer. One guy can’t to me. I brought my laptop in because it is stuck on a black screen and won’t reload to windows. The guy who Helped me told me, «The computer should be ready by tomorrow.» But I was busy, I waited until today to go pick it up. The worker who I talked to was not there, and I seen the worker who was helping the other customer told me, «the guy you talked to isn’t here right now.» He came up with an excuse that «we been really busy». But when I wanted in, him and another worker was just sitting around talking, and told me it should be done by today. That’s bullshit… The owner of the company was out sick.
PS: People when you go trio this location ask for Jason Now, if the owner Jason isn’t there, leave and go somewhere else.

I bought a charger (iPhone) from them and it cost 10 bucks. It should’ve cost 50 cents because it stopped working after a day and a half. If I can’t even trust them with a phone charger I will never trust them with my phone or computer.
Update* THIS BUSINESS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Someone affiliated with this business messaged me after this review calling me hurtful things. Instead of trying to fix the problem they call me names how immature? What kind of a business is this? STAY AWAY!!!

My husband and I have used this shop on several occasions and we have not been let down yet. I bought a low-​cost computer here for nephew that still works great. My husband has bought several odds and ends here and he loves patronizing this shop. Jason is a really nice and always treats my husband and I like old friends whenever we visit. He will continue to receive our business well into the future.

After reading the reviews for computer fixes I’m sure they are good at that. But my issue is that when I went in asking if he can fix my crack screen on my phone and he said yes it would be $ 79 & he had to order the part and should come in by 2 business days. I have called repeatedly and the parts are not in for almost 2 weeks. Finally Jason than told me it was coming from China. Well. I wouldnt want my screen fix from a part from China! When I spoke to him he said he’ll give me a $ 10 discount. From $ 89 to $ 79; when in the beginning he had originally told me the price was $ 79! So No I did not get my phone fix from here & I am glad I didn’t.
Also! The place inside is a mess & unorganized. A Christmas tree is still up, there are kids on the computers that are for sale to the public playing games. There is a someone sleeping in the front on the couch.

I brought my laptop in because I wasn’t able to connect to any wireless network. although I had to repeatedly call to check the status of the service, the front guy (I don’t know his name) was very friendly and they did fix it. the price is reasonable the only thing I would say is he should be a little bit more proactive with calling and updating the customer, but they got it fixed after testing many things. Overall I’m pleased and happy to have my laptop back.

I went in to have my laptop fixed. After reading previous reviews I was a little skeptical to go in but I learned that the business it’s now under new management. My laptop was ready the next day and they made it brand new. Jason is an amazing person and very honest and friendly. I would definitely recommend the place also they have really good deals on computers if looking to buy. Will be going back !

My computer was having problems. The owner charged $ 140 and only ended up doing what was a temporary fix. I went back to him about 2 months later stating that I was now having similar issues with my computer since he «fixed» it. He said that since it was not the exact same problem it was before, my 1 year warranty did not cover it. Instead of leaving my computer with him, I went to the company that which makes my computer. $ 50 and a few minutes later my computer ran better than ever. Now I have to live with the fact that I was naïve enough to hand over money to «Computer Doctors.» Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I have been a customer of this shop for a year now and I have not once been disappointed with my products. I bought a desktop computer for my in-​laws, a monitor for my personal desktop and a Sony Vaio for myself. All of my products continue to work to this day and are still under warranty with the shop.
These gentlemen have always stood by their warranty and always do their best to meet your needs. Jason and his staff are remarkably courteous. The only drawback is that the dates they give for returning a serviced product may be off by a day or two. However, the delay is only because the technician they work with is a third party contractor. Otherwise, this is a great place.

Computer doctors is a great place to go to if you need help with fixing any electronic device! Their really there to help serve you and your needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I went in the store today to see what was wrong with my Eee computer and the manager offered another computer that was a better brand and quality then I had and the computer wasn’t to expensive either and getting my Eee computer fixed would have cost around the same price as the new computer so I went ahead and purchased the new computer he also have me a 90 day unlimited warranty incase something were to happen to the computer and he’ll fix the (future problem) at no cost to me! Great great place !!!

This place is 2 miles from my house and after the Geek squad nightmare I wasn’t feeling like looking everywhere.
The first time I went in, it was hot outside and the air wasn’t on (computers die with heat) and it really stunk and the place is a mess. I walked out and went to best buy, got fed up and came back a few weeks later.
I told myself that it didn’t matter if the place was dirty or stinky, I just wanted my laptop fixed and it was so close. Next time I’ll do footwork to see who else is on Unilocal.
So…This time it didn’t stink so bad, the place is still a hellacious mess and the guys are so so. They fixed my computer but when I got it back…
wait for it…
I went through my cache and found that someone had been watching a del taco fight on my youtube online
I let Alex know about it (I think that’s the owner or manager) and he just smiled and apologized for his workers watching the video on MY computer.
I ended up using a cotton ball dipped in alcohol to clean my laptop. It’s still working fine but I can’t help but wonder what else they did or watched on my computer.
The whole time I was there I had to wait because he was on the phone, and it took forever to be seen.
Personal hygiene is one thing and I get that geeks aren’t really into how clean and organized things are but this is a business and it looks like a frat house exploded with computer parts.
Never again.

I went to this store a few times.
One was to sell my old laptop, and they bought it for a decent price.
Another time was to have data copy service from my laptop to another laptop. (The first laptop wasnt working at all and I dont have the tool to hook laptop harddrive to another machine).
With all my experiences I think this is place is good, especially comparing to geeksquad who are trying to sell every piece of hardware to you.
There is no parking problem. They also have cell phone covers, and very interesting designs too :))
One of my complain is the office is not organized well, it looks messy inside the store.
