Their ad says they will serve all of Southern Cal. Not so they told me. No mountain deliveries. They will serve only off the mountain.

The product they just dropped off was perfect for my kids playground. They told me it was certified Virgin cedar wood chips from Colorado. I tested it out with my feet and hand and the wood felt very soft and comfortable. I was told they use these for the schools. The staff was very nice.

We called another playground wood chip supplier who told us that for small orders like ours (a backyard pay set), we needed to call Best Wood Chips. We couldn’t be happier. Their price beat any competitor I was able to find. Maury, who delivered for us, was on time and on point. He was absolutely polite, professional, and efficient. There was certainly no nonsense about price or anything like that. We paid cash, as per our agreement on the phone, and Maury was absolutely straight up – even pointing out that the amount handed him was too much and giving back the extra. Having an honest one-​time delivery person is unusual, to say the least. The product itself is exactly what we expected. Much, much better than some other chips we had seen. Our kids have been playing on the play set for several weeks now. There are no complaints. We would definitely do business with them again.
