This business profits from lies and misleading policies, make sure to read the fine print people. Pretty sad when an employee even admits to you that they rip people off. If you have full coverage insurance DONOT buy their insurance because it’s a rip off and an excuse for them to charge you 17.00 a day for nothing. Also beware of their hidden fees and add on charges because they wont tell you about them until after the fact. Go to Enterprise, they may put a hold on your card but its worth not dealing with the AVISBS! Also pretty sad when the owner«Paula» hangs up on you. That’s quality customer service and professionalism!

Made a reservation with my USAA membership so I wouldn’t be charged an underage fee I get there and they tell me they’re unaware of this and I still have to pay it. I explained to them why wasn’t that stated at the time I made my reservation online, then they called whoever is the manager of the location and they told them it’s their store policy and I would have to pay it. Why wasn’t this stated at the time of the reservation online! When I tried booking through Hertz it let me know up front that the location I chose to rent from would not honor my underage fee to be waived so why couldn’t this be done with Avis as well. Once I left I called the corporate number for Avis and the gentlemen I spoke with said he did see that my underage fee should be waived and if I still wanted to rent the car I could but I would have to pay the underage fee when I picked it up but upon return he would make the adjustments to reimburse the underage fee. Thumbs up to corporate Avis. Thumbs down to this franchise, it’s called customer service and you failed!
